This year we had an issue with our septic that turned out to be a nightmare and Eberl was so accommodating. What should have been a 2 day job turned into a month or so roller coaster due to issues created by the original plumber and the city. Every day there seemed to be a new issue. From the city pipes being higher that the septic pipes to there being a crack in the city pipe under our driveway. At every step Rick was helpful in letting me know everything that was going on and what they could do to solve the current problem. While all I was seeing was dollar signs he was finding solutions. They only send you a bill if you're past due and you have to pay your bill through century 21 so it usually takes a few days for your payment to post and between the storage owner and century 21 nobody ever knows what's going on. Multiple times I have called the bookkeeper and she was extremely rude towards me about locating my payment. Finally we decided to take our stuff somewhere else when we went to get some items and there was a lock on our unit. We called the owner amd he said there was no payment made even though we plaied 10 days before. We asked them politely if they could look up the last payment date amd he said No we had to talk to the bookkeeper but he wouldn't give us her number again. Called century 21 and they gave us another number. Turns out it was another number for the owner. He answered very angry and was short with us saying we don't need to call century 21. Screaming harshly that he already spoke to us and said bye. I quickly said no I didn't get my answer to the question before he could hang up. I asked him again if he could find out for us the last payment date because our payment was missing. He said he'd call the bookkeeper and I asked him why he was being so angry and told him I didn't appreciate it. He snaps back that he can't talk to me about it anymore because it was under my fiance' s name and that if he didn't call right away he would sell our stuff. How can you use me against our unit if I don't have anything to do with the account??? My fiance called them and told them were moving our stuff and suddenly our check reappears in their office!!! Nope we're done with them.
