The lady who answers the phone is breathtakingly rude. She insulted me multiple times, and then went on to rudely explain that if I missed an appointment, I would be charged $50, and they were very "strict." I explained that I do not generally miss any appointments, but I do not pay for work that is not performed, as it is the law. In any case, I determined that anywhere this rude would not receive my patronage, and took my business elsewhere.

I came to Jo Anne during COVID when work-from-home hours began to take a toll on my upper back and…read moreneck. I was getting horrible headaches and had limited mobility in my neck. Jo Anne did a full assessment of my entire body's health beyond just the pained area I had come in for. I had mentioned a leftover injury from the gym that caused sharp pains in my shoulder every time it got chilly for the last six months. I was hesitant to bring it up as I didn't think anything would heal it besides time away from the gym. In ONE session, Jo Anne fixed it -- I haven't felt pain in that shoulder since. Truth be told, I was slightly skeptical of the efficacy of acupuncture and Jo Anne is the first acupuncturist I've seen but I am now a firm believer in acupuncture and a huge fan of her work. I will be honest, I felt chiropractors were charlatans, just taking your money for some back voodoo. I WAS SO WRONG! Dr. Brightman explained what the problem was and when he touched the problem area I almost came off the table! I judge a physician's worth on whether the course of action yields results. I went in as a non-believer, but oh my goodness! Was I ever wrong! Jessie and Stephanie were vital in helping me get my range of motion better! There was a time when I couldn't reach back with my left arm to put on my seatbelt without almost crying in pain. I had trouble in the shower washing my back. I had trouble putting on my winter coat. I had trouble getting dressed by myself, and would have to recruit my husband or daughter in order for me to get my clothes on without yelping in pain. AON has given me the use of my arm back!
