The adjustments did not help. I was even feeling worse at one point and the doctors kept saying "oh yeah it's normal to feel worse at first" - with no real legitimate explanation. I did eventually feel a little better but I don't think it was because of their adjustments. I found the doctors either condescending or creepy. When I asked one of the drs if he recommends any exercises to strengthen my back, maybe something that isn't as intense as what I normally do which is deadlifts, since my back is still recovering, he said "You do deadlifts?" and literally laughed in my face. (I'm a young woman.) That was the last straw. I feel like these people actually do take themselves seriously and believe they're helping. So maybe some clients sense that and believe in them. But they're not really doing anything. Save yourself the trouble, and the money!

My back pain never improved. I decided to terminate my membership, and they wanted me to do it in person. I'm old enough to know that's a marketing trick. I told them I would not waste another second of my time in that office, and they finally canceled it. Look, if you have a deep pain like I had, this place is not for you. Thankfully, I found a great physiatrist in Wappingers Falls, and voila..my pain is gone without drugs, just actual treatment and therapy.

We sought the help of a local chiropractor, only to find out that his technique, might have been suitable for field mice, and we found little, to no improvement. Unfortunately for us, we got roped into purchasing a 20 visit pack each. This was supposedly, "the best deal out there," and we had to take advantage of it, otherwise we'd end up paying more per visit if we paid for them individually. What a crock of "bull%#*&" that was. My condition barely improved and my wife and I, ended up just never returning. We should have attempted to get a partial refund back but instead opted to not use him again. Thankfully, Dr. Russo opened his practice shortly thereafter and finally gave us some relief. I could not believe the difference. Dr. Russo was able to accomplish, in one visit what the other chiropractor, couldn't accomplish in a dozen. My wife and I, finally, got some relief. We recently moved out of state but since I still work in Westchester, I make it a point to get an adjustment, every chance I can. Ditto for my wife. Dr. Russo has continued to help tue family and is even helping my 70 year old father with a herniated disc. I highly recommend Dr. Russo, Patty, the office manager, and the rest of the staff.
