I hardly know where to begin with this review. This was the worst experience I have ever had when…read morehiring a professional. I emailed through Yelp and we set up a time for a regular cleaning of my 2 bedroom,2 bath, living room/kitchen apartment. Included was supposed to be the living room windows. Jason, the cleaner, arrived 15 minutes late, but began cleaning soon after. First the kitchen: he mopped the floor with what must have been a dirty rag because after the house was cleaned we found what looked like a shredded black cloth and hundreds of tiny threads all over the apartment. The kitchen sink was never cleaned at all. All of the surfaces must have been cleaned with the same product because it left a streaky oily mess on top of the counters, from the counters to the glass topped coffee table to the piano. All different surfaces, the same oily mess. The wood floor was gritty and when I rubbed a paper towel on the floor in a few places it was nowhere near clean. Impossible to walk on in bare feet. The toilets were half way clean, but certainly not professionally. The countertops oily and the showers and tub were never touched. Not at all! They were dry as a bone. The mirrors were never touched. Less than half of the windows we contracted for were cleaned. In emails back and forth later, the cleaner said a table was in the way and couldn't get to the windows. One dining chair would have needed to be moved in order to get to the windows. He said there were things on the table and he couldn't clean the windows. The vacuum was a wet/dry shop vac.! Jason left at 11:30, less than 3 hours. For this we were expected to pay $310! Very expensive. Jason told us the fee was $370. When he returned to the office, he was told it was $310. We were informed by the owner that we get back $60. She was unable to send a check or drop off the cash. I told her I would come to her but she never told me the place or time. Extremely disappointing. We were never offered a refund, but were told the cleaner could come back and finish, but it would cost us more. I've never written such a bad review. I don't enjoy it, but I am very angry now. I have copies of the correspondence sent back and forth if anyone would like a copy. Wish I could rate this place no stars at all.

Excellent, skilled, friendly and fair…read more This morning Rick had scheduled to meet me at my place at 8am. At 7:30 I stepped out for some coffee and stupidly locked my keys in the house. I texted expecting be would (reasonably) reschedule until I could figure out my lock Smith situation, but instead he texted that he be over shortly... Within 20 minutes it arrived (10 minutes early) and he proceeded to help me figure out how to get into the house... Which included scaling a letter to a window that I thought might be open, and ultimately taking me to Home Depot to consider purchasing a whole new door with the thought that we might have to break the door to get in, but then he suggested that we look for a locksmith again and this time (thanks to Yelp) we found one. So we returned the house to wait for the locksmith who arrived about a half an hour later, the entire time you're just making conversation keeping things light... And as soon as we get into the house he began to take care of the few things that needed doing, which he did quickly officially and accurately. Based on this experience today, I will never hesitate to call Rick again, and recommended that he be the first person you attempt to call for wide range of expertise.

It's just not a good experience all around. I was quoted to have my home power washed. simple right? I sent them pictures ahead of time, and after some back and forth they sent me a quote. I agreed to the quote. It was a bit higher than other companies nearby but I wanted to support my community. On that day, the person showed up late and also didn't even bring a commercial ladder? she had a little tiny step ladder but it didn't exactly do the trick. strange. She proceeds to leave my property with the house only halfway done. She tells me she'll be back. never returns. I get an invoice for double the cost of the original quote. I'm like ummm whaaaat... So you didn't finish the work and now you're invoicing me for double the cost? that's not how this works. so, I finally speak with someone on the phone on behalf of the company to figure out what the heck is going on and they told me that she's not returning, she got very sick and they believe it's because of my house? LOL. and also they let me know that the quote doubled even though only half of the work was done, no negotiations. I tried to reason with them and explain how change orders work etc., To help them understand why this is extremely frustrating for me as a customer. they don't know how to operate change orders. they don't know how to quote it seems... extremely unprofessional. It felt like a bait and switch. It really sucks to have had this experience especially being a queer person myself... I was so excited to work with these folks and then.. womp womp. such a shame. after lots of back and forth and snarkiness and unprofessionalism and arguing , I paid what I felt to be reasonable despite the behavior and the fact that I'm stuck with half of a dirty house because she only power washed the bottom of my house. Yes you read that right. The bottom of my house was beautifully cleaned and white and the top was still covered in debris. so, still an eyesore. It's a shame that it didn't work out with this company because the concept is really beautiful. The execution, not so much. the communication, standard protocol, and the job preparation needs to be worked on. another thing, they tried charging me for a gasoline and also mileage too. seems unethical. anyway, I hope they figured it out since they were last at my house. To this very day, I still never heard from them again. they never called to update me or anything... I genuinely hope they work with a consultant to figure out these issues. And I hope the lady who tried to power wash my house is okay. Good luck with everything.

After we agreed on a price, things changed once he arrived. He added work without gaining approval first. In fact, we had told him in writing that the tenant might ask for more work to be done, but we were not authorizing it. He did it anyway and charged us. He was also not transparent about disposal fees until he was already on site and there wasn't much we could do about it. Not only did he lack transparency, but his overall professionalism was lacking. We had to ask, multiple times for an invoice for our records. The invoice terms stated Net 30 but he began harassing us to pay the invoice via text and email within hours of sending the invoice.
