That's exactly what they are. The best! Roseann and I were in constant communication via email and phone since the beginning of my request. She was the very first person to contact me after I filled out my Homeadvisor request, and she was the very first person to come to my property and gave me a very, very reasonable quote on the work I wanted to have done (mow our jungle of a lawn and take out 20+ persynthia bushes that took over the property before we moved in). She and her team arrived on time, stayed late, and were extremely courteous and mindful of our desires. Our neighbors even came out and complimented their work several times throughout the day. They even provided very helpful suggestions regarding our driveway that we could DIY for $600 instead of spending $3000 to have it professionally repaired. The A-Team delivered that old school, small business, "I care about my customer and want to do what is right by them" feeling that many companies nowadays simply don't provide or don't care enough to attempt anymore. Walked around with me and helped identify which gutters needed repairs and which needed replacement, noticed which windows needed caulk, went up on the roof and noticed some nails weren't properly tarred, ect.
