In addition the adjustment of the bass was done poorly. When you asked the Manager regarding time frame he doesn't have a clue. They were not communicating with me until I scold the manager that the least the can do is communicate with customers as to the status of your equipment. They broke the case of my bass and they did replace it a month later. I paid money for my bass to be adjusted and new strings. got the strings but the adjustment was not done properly. The strings are hitting the frets. Terrible Terrible I also Left them my Ampeg SV7 Pro to be repair. They do not have any reliable technician who is responsible to do the work. They take your equipment and it seats on the floor for weeks before the technician looks at it and then the technician does not even looks at the amp. I place a tape on the side of the amp where if the Tech opened the amp to diagnose it would brake. The tape was intact no breakage. That means the tech did not open to diagnose. I know this is a long review but going to this store is a waist of time and money. The manager doesn't have a clue as to when you order a product when it will be in the store. It's very simple when you order product get a tracking number and you will know when it will arrive. Or have an idea. I travel for work and was not able to call and cancel my Saturday afternoon appointment. I was charged for the appointment because i didn't call to cancel. I was told that I am being charged because the instructor was there for the appointment. Despite the instructor working behind the counter and repairing instruments for the business. It was made out to sound that the instructor was specifically there for me. There were a few occasions when customers showed up for lessons and the instructor was not present however the customers didn't get a free lesson or a reimbursement for their time. I also requested to take lessons every other week rather than every week in order to have more time to practice. My request was denied. I was told the instructors schedule only allows for weekly schedules they do not offer bi weekly scheduling. I chose to go somewhere else. Wish they were more willing to work with me and my schedule.

I have watched the evolution of her students from itty bitty tots in tutus to Juilliard attendees. Her choreography, recitals and the emotional impact she elicits from her dancers has brought me to actual tears as it is so beautiful that it hurts. She is so tactful and considerate of her dancers and tgeir families during recitals and performances- she does not simply feature the most gifted and flashiest dancers, but instead rotates the dancers throughout the choreography so that "Baby is never left in the corner." I have never seen this in any other dance studio, performance or recital. Brevard is SO BLESSED to have this studio in our neighborhood. Brevard is not known as a hotbed of artistic culture, so it is beyond fortunate to have an educator at this level in our backyard. I do not know how she stays in business; unlike other studios which grift the parents for the cost of lessons, costumes, dance shoes and gear, Holly's prices are unsustainably low. She has her dancers dance barefoot to avoid the cost of constantly buying pricey dance shoes for rapidly growing feet. She charges cost for costumes, which she affordably sources online or recycles from previous students. She has even resorted to dyeing recycled costumes and repurposes them. No other studio does this and she does it so that her studio is inclusive for every socioeconomic group. She turns no one away regardless of their ability to pay. I have often counseled her to become a non profit because of all the scholarships she underwrites. If there are angels on this Earth, then Miss Holly is most assuredly, one of the best of them. I Miss Holly to pieces and treasure every moment I was fortunate enough to watch her dancers. She was meant for greater things but chooses to nurture art here.

Their dance recitals bring me to tears because they are so lovely and artistic. Ms. Holly's prices are unbelievably fair- other dance studios nickel and dime the dance families for gear, lessons and over charging the families for competitions and recitals. Ms. Holly never does this. Ms. Holly was a professional dancer and choreographer for a luxury cruise line and her level of expertise is evident. My daughters are fortunate to have her as their teacher. Bring your kids or take an adult class you will love Ms. Holly and the vibe of her studio.

They also make cleaning Kits for beginners here from the Flute to the Tuba my school uses these cleanings kits and they last you a wile I have bought 2 one for a My Trombone and one for a Euphonium. While I am making this Review we are in the corona times they have bell covers for really any Instrument. They also have fair prices on Instruments and are some of the Top brands like Yamaha. So if you want to play a musical instrument and you live in the area I recommend this place first as they have some of the best workers as they are helpful and are nice and they always get to the point if you are looking for an instrument or renting an instrument to play in Middle or High School. This is by far does not deserve a five star it deserves a 10 star if that was possible

However, hula is so beautiful and relaxing that I got caught up in the entire dance and cultural experience. I now cannot imagine not dancing hula and have learned from the best. I had taken a Hawaiian dance class previous to moving to FL while living in Los Angeles and by far, Kumu Chrissy is the best; truly a gifted teacher. I doubt there are few of her skill level outside of Hawai'i. She truly enjoys what she does and it shows in her dedication to her students. And it's a lot of fun. The group of dancers (that has grown from a dozen to around 80) have become a second family as we perform at shows and competitions. From young children to retirees, we are truly blessed to have this wonderful opportunity experience in Brevard.

Their clapping stopped at seeing that flag. I have never, ever, seen any flags waved during a ballet performance! Your stage is not the place for injecting political beliefs/opinions.
