Jason brought a partner and did the assembly on a pretty cold day in January. They arrived on time and did a great job, including securing the pergola to an new concrete patio slab, hauling away all the packaging materials and cleaning up the job site. He left us to wander the store on our own and didn't come over to ask if we had questions or pay us any attention at all really. We asked to take home a couple of samples. He gave us a business card. After a few days, I contacted him to set up a measurement appointment. He came out and did the measurements and said he'd get back to me the next day with a quote. I waited, but didn't receive the email he'd said he would send. A day or so later, I missed a call from him while working. I returned his call that afternoon, but got no response. I tried twice the next day with no results. I decided to wait until today while I wasn't working to try once more. I left voicemails every time I called. I left one this morning and got no response by their closing time today. I'm through trying to give them any business. There are too many other places to go where I would hope we'd be treated in a more considerate manner.
