This is a technically complicated process that if not done appropriately can be a disaster. They did great! We were so impressed and pleased. At the time they indicated that because we had stripped and restained we would probably want them out in about 3 or 4 years, but we were able to go six before having them stain again. Anthony and Beckie, the team that did our work this time around were terrific. When we started to get close to go time, we heard from him promptly with details on the plan, and he regularly checked in with us to keep us informed as the process unfolded. He also provided great advice on how to choose the right colors for what we wanted to have done, and it was clear he wanted us to take care with that process so we'd really love how it looked when it was done. Not only does our house look amazing and exactly how we wanted it, but Haven also repaired a hole in the siding left after we had a yellow jacket nest removed, and he barely charged us anything for that additional, unplanned work.
