They power washed the house a couple days early and noticed a little more scraping was needed than anticipated, which added a little time to the job. They also noticed a patch of stucco that needed repair. We authorized both things as extra work (hardly added anything to the total bill) and then they scraped, sealed, primed and painted. The house was completed in one week, the crew were friendly and warm, and we think the house looks great. Summary: nice people, quality job, reasonable price, great value. I was working & could not respond to my family member that was overseeing the painters. They installed new wood to cover deck area so I would not notice copper & water faucet gone!! House? No caulking, wood blemishes very visible. employees never reponded when ask to stop painting. One Sunday morning I came home with groceries, a person who was not speaking english, would not let me in gate. I was being told I cant come in yard. He had painted the door. (Not to be painted) I called Zackery, shared what was going on. He would be there right a way. Hours later he arrived, I Felt taken advantage of, Zackery had my money in his pocket & responding at his convenience only. Through this project removing copper, rushing through a job, no one checking in on job site, permanently nailing down eggresion windows & working on unplanned Sundays to paint? weekend paint days. When I discussed this, with Zackery, he was the same nightmare his companies work is. His response to me was "you have a contract & I will uphold you to that as a "BUSINESS MAN" should. Trying to locate him for mediation purposes? Had numerous addresses and several personal financial issues. Zackerys behavior about his clients is not favorable. I never was reimbursed for the copper, damage, or lack of work. I did hire a person that made sure he did not arrive on my property again.

First, he was the only one to showed up when he said he would at our mutually agreed to date and time. Second, his estimate was the only clear and detailed estimate and subsequent contract we received. He listened to what we said we wanted done and everything we wanted done was reflected in his bid estimate. The others were late or they changed dates and times for our meeting to receive a bid. They also didn't include everything we requested in the bid. As for the quality of the job performed by his team . . . OUTSTANDING in every way. I honestly believe our home looks better than the day we finished building it years ago. Friends have commented stating the same thing! Who knew a great paint job could have that kind of impact. I'd like to give a special shout-out to the team member who did the taping prior to the painting because it resulted in nice sharp contrasting straight-edges between colors. Really fantastic. Dec 16, 2020, Hired Mike Howard to repair structural damaged to my home caused by extensive dry rot…read moredamage. This was not a trivial job. The dry rot had compromised a main structural corner beam which supported the second story. The repair would first require building a temporary support to hold up the second story while removing the damaged support beam and replacing all of the dry rot wood. The repair process required first coordinating with a structural engineer to design a repair plan and then with the Snohomish County office to issue a repair permit. Mike was very helpful through the entire process. Mike was confident that he could perform the repair safely and within code without an engineering drawing, but suggested that the drawing would likely be required for the county to issue the permit. I decided to get the engineering drawing and Mike was right. The county flat out said that this repair required an engineering review and drawing. I told Mike I would hire him for the job, but only after I saw and understood what the repair plan entailed. Mike met with the engineer to discuss the repair job and then Mike outlined for me exactly how he would complete the repair. While listening to Mike explain the repair process it was apparent to me that he completely understood the structural design of a home. Having a contractor with this type of experience and knowledge was the only way I would go. Mike was a pleasure to work with. He answered all of my questions with integrity and no BS. I decided to take the 2 days off to watch the work performed. Mike had no issues with this. He discussed the work while it was in process and I always felt comfortable with his decisions and confidence. The work was done in accordance to the engineering drawing and the permit was signed off and closed without any issues.
