After the initial call asking them to come out, I was told that they would have to get back to me Friday morning. I texted around 9:00 am to see when they were coming, then called and left 3 voicemails and another text during the day. They wouldn't even reply or return a text! Around 8:00 pm Friday I called Quality Control Air of SWFL. The answering service gave my information to Jason and he called me back 10 minutes later. He said he had a couple of other calls, but that he was sure he could get to me this morning. Then a few minutes later he called back and said that he was just 5 minutes away from me and he would come over right away. He showed up and had my air running again in about 15 minutes!! It ran with no filter all while construction was going on. It is full of dust and debris. Now we have to pay $1,000 to have the unit pulled and cleaned. Also they installed the wrong size breaker. They don't return phone calls and we never could find their office.
