Recently no phones are answered by people. It's all done by AI which is very frustrating! Also the machine gives you an 8 hour repair window with a 30 minute notification. So you can't leave the house all day! I have to say the technicians are typically good but if you work full time, you'd have to take a full day off! read more

Do Not be fooled by this company. when you have an issue regarding a part that was installed without your authorization, billed $486 for it and tell them about it by a phone call and then post online regarding your experience, they dismiss you by phone and then post online that you the customer are right about your concern but do not reach out to you nor give you a justified credit for their error as they state in their response to your review. we are snowbirds in Fort Meyers and Gulf shore replaced our air condition seven years ago but a deal from Costco. We have had them back every year to do maintenance and they were always professional and thorough in their work. Upon returning to our community this week we found our unit was not cooling. I called Monday morning to report this and late in the day Monday, Andy, was the tech assigned and he diagnosed the problem as a broken condenser motor. The part was still under the 10 year Lennox guarantee so we just had to pay for labor. He said he would check the next morning to see if they had the part in stock and get back to me. To make a long story short, the part was in stock and Andy returned late morning and replaced it and the system is running smoothly and cooling. I would also suggest to anyone in Florida that they have a service contract which typically gives you two maintenance visits a year as well as discounts on repairs. they also offer a monthly debit that actually works out to be a little cheaper than the yearly charge. I also called and was able to schedule a regular maintenance visit and I lucked out that they had a cancellation so that will take place tomorrow, I can't get any better than that. SERVICE REQUESTED: This was a pre-paid visit following an initial call six months ago; our A/C has a history of collecting water in the air handler pan. This can cause the system to quit. Water is then extracted by vacuum from outside; the work initially and this follow-up was performed with courtesy and old-time expertise. QUALITY: The technicians on call have never disappointed. On this call, the tech came across a troublesome situation and wasted no time calling in a supervisor; soon the issue was resolved. VALUE: Cannot think of anything I'd change. Becoming just like Burno air a rip off. Came out for a service call charged $139 didn't have the part had to come back. Was told it was a major job and they charge a flat rate. For this job it was $490 for the tech to come back, being a new unit, I approved the job. It was far from a big job in fact it took the tech longer to do his paperwork than to replace the part. When I question the tech on why so much for such a small job he said the woman who was handling the charges asked him what they should charge he said he didn't know. So as far a flat rate this was BS. Beware of this company over charging. Check with other AC company the charge would have been $150-$300. Requested a call from there service manager never hear from him/her. That a very poorly ran company when a service manager doesn't want to call one of their customers that is not happy. I'll be taken my business elsewhere, this was my first and last emergency call to this place. read more

It's been close to 3 years with the new AC unit and I have no complaints. The service agreement seems to be totally worth it. The techs that have serviced the unit have been respectful and most seem to really know their stuff. Some more than others inspire confidence in their ability. And they have positive things to say about the company they work for. Alejandro was most attentive, so far as I can tell. They take pics of the before and after each area they service, which I appreciate. No regrets so far with this company. Went through Costco and got nice bonus when installed 2024 July. Used them for three yers. They have gone down hill ever since. They had A technician replace a coil for $2,000.00 and three weeks later that AC was backed up now they want to charge to come out to clean the line. They said the technician who does repairs doesnt do maintenance. Really you check out a system put in coil and don't bother checking the AC out? Service techs were fine and did a good job. When they told me I needed a new unit and gave me an estimate, I went with another company that was $3k less. I kept the maintenance service that I was already on with Gulf Shore. When they came to do my usual service, they said they wouldn't touch the unit because it was under warranty (I get that) and said there was no charge for that service. Since my new unit was under warranty, I cancelled the maintenance, since Gulf Shore wouldn't work on it. I was told I would get a refund for the monthly payments I had made, but none came! Several weeks of phone calls to them, always with a promise of checking into it and they'd call me back and no one ever did!! No refund...no returned calls!! Be careful what you sign up for with them!! I got screwed!! read more
