I have done 2 recent MB remodelings so feel qualified to assess these companies correctly and fairly. I think it is a good idea to visit the shop (by appt) so you can get a feel for their operation and view samples of their capabilities. Apache's shop was organized and staff was attentive and completely familiar with their product line. As for installation, it was a smooth process and end result was fabulous. I hired Apache for shower glass, mirrors and a tabletop glass. All perfect. There are 1-2 glass companies in Tyler so I'm not surprised if other posters allude to sluggish communications. I was in no hurry, so not an issue for me. Had I wanted a response as quick as how you get a Whataburger, I might have had issues. But this was no fast food and a good chunk of remodel $ was at stake, so I happily waited for the best company. I enthusiastically recommend Apache Glass but do take into account what I've said above. My remodel occurred right amidst the pandemic so it threw a monkey wrench in the project, sigh. read more
