    We had our windows installed September 21st. Upon their team leaving I noticed that there was a…read moretear in the screen of the kitchen window that they had installed hours prior. I messaged them in regards to the issue and they said they'd have someone repair it. Later after taking a closer look at all of our windows after the install we noticed bent frames on 3 out of the 4 large windows we had installed. Upon messaging them on September 25th about the second issue, no one responded. I then emailed the office on September 26th, no response. Emailed again on September 28th and finally received a response. I was told "We have brought these issues to the attention of our head installer and someone should be reaching out to you next week to schedule a time to address these issues for you.". On October 2nd I had still not heard from anyone and emailed again after now finding damage to our planter boxes outside (see review image for email correspondence on this). On October 3rd I was then told "please let me assure you that someone will be reaching out to you very soon regarding your issues. Please advise where you purchased the planter. We are so sorry for the damage incurred. The screen will be re-screened when the other repairs are addressed." Three more weeks went by and we didn't hear a single word from anyone. Then on October 26th I get a text that a service appointment had been scheduled, however our daughter had just been born prematurely and was in the NICU. We called and spoke with Jeremy to let him know we'd need a different day, at that time he said someone wouldn't even need to be home for them to repair the screen. Great, however Jeremy had no idea about the other issue we had addressed with the bent frames. Upon telling him, he advised he would need to have someone different come out for those issues and that he would call us to schedule a time when they'd be able to. It's now December 15th and we haven't heard from anyone, again. Almost 3 months ago we had our windows installed & Supreme Windows still has yet to fix these issues or even contact us. I understand that things happen and business may be very busy. However, when a customer pays over $7k to have windows installed, they would expect a company to contact them back and fix the errors made during installation.
