His invoicing was also difficult to understand, I had to go and add them up to double check since nothing was listed together or layed out in a understandable manner, the numbers never added up. Larry did not conduct him self in a Proffesional manner. When we mentioned our concern and that we were looking at other businesses he immediately got defensive regarding the "time he put in "what's ridiculous about that is even a stranger put more time into making mockups and helping me find a font more than he did. I had to do all of the font research he was not helpful whatsoever in the creative aspect. So my final point is Larry's work may be good but I wouldn't know his customer service sucks.
