Shame on us. Oh well. We'll improve. But today we went to UPS Store Corte Madera (Village) and wanted to give kudos to these patient. competent, and persistent people that run the UPS Stores. We currently give this store top marks for doing yet another notarization with great knowledge and ease. It has to be hard and tooth gritting retail service at times, let alone the pressures of competition. While just standing in line I have seen an amazing range of retail personal interactions. When i called later in the day, same employee told me that the notary would be leaving in 20 minutes. I asked if they would be able to help since an appointment was 30 minutes. What impressed me the most about their gorgeous space was that they encouraged clients to get their work off their screens and onto the walls. Literally, any time I had a question about anything related to photography or printing, Stuart, Ed, Constance, Chrysta, or Nathan would make the time for me and help me out or give me feedback.
