Lived here for about a year. If you have any sort of dispute make sure you take care of it over email or text message. They will save all written communication to use against you and have specifically included a clause in your contract which voids verbal agreements. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT believe anything that is said in person. Be sure to put your reviews/complaints of their business on Better Business Bureau https://www.bbb.org/us/id/twin-falls/profile/apartments/campus-park-housing-1296-1000015389 and report them to the Attorney General's office so your complaints are official public record rather than just a yelp review. They used non-binding verbal agreements to mislead me into thinking a towing issue would be resolved. They told me one thing in person and behind my back did the exact opposite. Pure bait and switch. By the end of it, they scammed me out of over 600$ and because of the way they worded things I had no legal recourse. Highly suggest choosing another less greedy place. Dark, crappy, depressing apartments. Great pool and hot tub though. Nickle and dime you with clean checks, which should be a one time occurrence on move-out. There is no lenience on late 30 day move out notice, they will demand the extra month's rent in full. And if they do you like they did me, they will try and delay you from filing to make sure they get that extra month's rent. read more

If you want to be treated like a prisoner that pays rent this is the place for you. Residents receive texts daily about new rules and threats for fees. Management (Sam) does not follow through and then accuses you of being the reason she didn't do her job. You cannot have your own Internet. I was a resident for a long period of time and I already had a different provider and was told I would have to buy their Internet instead and cancel my contract with the Internet provider. When it is still warm the maintenance staff disconnects your air conditioner from the outside with no warning and locks up the box with a zip tie. They decide when it gets cut off and you can have air conditioning again and this is usually when it's still hot. The excuse is open a window but I lived on the bottom floor and there were incidences where people broke through the windows while it was open so I chose not to have my window open. If anyone in the complex makes a mistake prepare to be threatened and told off about it as if everyone made the mistake. My carpets were never cleaned as promised in the lease and the lease agreements were not upheld. The whole floor in the kitchen was lifting and I was told it was a construction error when they were built i was told to just put some socks on or live with the floor catching my toes, Because they don't replace anything until you move out. I went without heat all winter and was given space heaters and told there was nothing wrong with the heat. It turned out that the maintenance man had connected the thermostat wrong, so I went all winter without heat and was told there wasn't a problem, that I was the problem. I left the apartment move in ready and very clean. I have not received my deposit back. I have talked to several residents that lived there in the past and they never received deposits back either when they left the unit clean and undamaged. read more

I will never send my kids here. Management does not know what they are doing and are very condescending. Very disorganized. They were supposed to transfer my lease to a new unit and forgot, then blamed me for not saying anything. Couldn't get much money back even though I had no signed documentation of even living there! Sam only works there because her daughter had a bad experience living at campus park. Who knew her lack of management skills would make this place even worse! I chose to put my daughter in a Campus Park Housing shared apartment over the CSI dorm or other off campus housing and I have absolutely no regrets! The property manager (Samantha Watts) has been very helpful and attentive to my daughter's every need since before she even moved in August. Campus Park Housing is located right across the street from CSI. There is a Walmart and Fred Meyer within easy walking distance. The apartment has more amenities than the absolutely necessary ones (extras like a pool, hot, game room, etc). In the shared apartment, each roommate has their own private locking bedroom and 3 girls share one bathroom. There are two refrigerators and a very large pantry in each large kitchen. There is plenty of space for the six occupants, laundry on site, ample parking, lots of bike racks to secure your two wheeled ride, as well as internet and cable included in the low cost rent. Campus park housing is a much nicer alternative to dorm living and forced meal plans. Issues, complaints and necessary repairs are reported via an online system. Repairs are handled promptly. Bare in mind that others who complain about imperfections may have never lived in an apartment before. Perhaps their expectations are out of line. For an apartment complex of it's size, I feel that repairs are handled expeditiously and at reasonable cost. There is a maintenance staff on site and the day managers are very attentive to occupants needs. No problems at all, in fact we are happily renewing my daughter's lease in January. read more

Management is a joke. I continue to have problems with them between losing my rent, not getting my deposit back, losing packages not to mention how disrespectful they are to their residents and staff. They raised rent this year without telling me until it was time to sign my contract and then said I was required to pay a whole semester's worth up front which I did and then told me 2 months later that I was late on my first 2 months of rent and they were going to charge me a $50 late fee. You won't get much if any of your deposit back no matter how clean the apartment is when you leave. I also got charged fees for other people's problems in my apartment. Asked them for a bed upgrade before I moved in which they said they would take care of before I arrived... got here and waited 2 weeks before I was given the bed I requested. Didn't even have sheets to fit the one I asked for. When i asked if I could go get my own since they were taking too long they said no. Also had the bed frame in our living room for another 2 weeks after that before someone came to move it out. They handed out parking passes and said they would tow any car in the lot that didn't have one and then printed new ones 2 weeks later and said the 2 week old one wasn't good and made me go get another one. Overnight guests are required to pay $10 a night plus get a $5 parking pass and have to get signatures from all your roommates plus they're only allowed to stay 5 nights a month. Went down recently to get 2 packages that THEY SAID were here and they couldn't find the other one and treated me like an idiot and actually yelled at me for asking about it. Had to fix the back door myself that we've been begging them to fix for 6 months after we figured out what was wrong with it, it took about 5 seconds. They make you pay August and May's rent even though you're only here for half of those months and then require you to move out by a certain day in the middle of the month. They can't keep a maintenence crew for very long or assistants because the manager is so rude to them. They send out texts almost everyday for "emergencies" such as clean room/apartment checks which get so annoying but you're required to give them your phone number. They have the clean checks once a month and they're very stingy. There's tons of rules. I've gotten texts from them about speeding in the parking lot, snow plows, dog poop, garbage, and pretty much any other ridiculous thing you can think of. Most of which didn't even pertain to more than 5 residents. If I didn't have to live here there's no way I would and unfortunately there aren't a lot of quality aoartments here in Twin. Just beware of what you're getting into. It's been a hassal the past two years and I'm ready to leave. read more

While living at Campus Park Housing I had a great experience. Management was always willing to work with me when I was willing to work with them. This is a great place to live when you are first going to school. They also have great 2 bedroom apartments. I would recommend this place to anyone. read more

Campus Park is the worst place to live in Twin Falls as a college student. The management is pathetic. Samantha Watts is a horrible manager and they take advantage of college students. I got locked in my room because the door knob was not working. Not only did they take a month to finally come and fix it, but they threatened to compensate my deposit due to the card marks on the door that my roommate made to get me out of my own room. They also invaded our privacy. Their staff would hardly knock before they came barging in. In addition the security they have is a joke. They are more concerned about keeping their apartments dry of alcohol than their residents safety. I would never recommend living here and I heard they raised their prices in the middle of the semester. read more

This place has very poor management and it would seem that Sam is too immature to handle the responsibility of her position. She picks and chooses who will be charged for broken items instead of charging each tenant equally. It is rather unfortunate as the property is a nice place. It is also unfortunate that many of the tenants are first time renters and naive about how things should work. I would hope that the owners can turn things around. read more
