And the customer service isn't good. You bring the phone back to get "repaired" again and they charge you more because it "left the shop working". They're also very vague with what they do repair, they say they order parts , replace things and do all this and that. But you never exactly hear what was done. It's not written down it's not answered when you ask the owner . They say they have "paperwork" but no copier . The paper work has no details. No pre inspection notes , no parts no replacements . For this visit I had a pretty easy fix. A charger had broken off in my iPad. The staff members looked at the iPad went to the back area to get a tool and got the pieces out in less then 1 min. It seriously to me longer to get the iPad case off. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs someone to work on their phone or tablet.
