Love the doctor and their staff. Very pleasant atmosphere. Never have a long wait to see the doctor.

I went to Acadia after several severe skin hive episodes. Most recently one that required a steroid…read moreshot and prednisone for 2 weeks. I arrived early and waited less than 10 minutes which was great, the next portions not so much. I met Dr Greene and his resident who were nice and well mannered. I went through my allergy history and Dr Greene decided to do a skin test. I was asked to undress into a half paper robe. The nurse came in and administered the test on my back writing in marker what each group was. I was told to wait for 20 minutes. While I'm waiting half nude a lady from billing comes in the exam room and asks me to sign a paper stating I owe $1200-1500 for the tests!!!!!! WHAT????? If I knew that, I would have lived with my skin problems, we can't afford that! Convenient how they waited until the tests were already administered to make me sign a paper saying we will pay...... So then a new nurse comes to check on me - doesn't knock (mind you I'm small and the gown doesn't cover much). She wiped my back and left. Dr comes back and says I see no reaction to anything........that the multiple occurrences that happened to me (approx. 4) were just weird, and by the way I can try eating crab and shrimp now - that I've been allergic to for 3 years...... So what you are telling me is I owe $1500 for a bunch of negative results, I have bad luck, and you offered NO suggestions on where to go from here.....AWESOME. Then to top it off after the Dr and resident leaves, I'm sitting in the room waiting for a nurse, no one comes. So I then...in my paper "gown," had to stick my head out in the hallway and ask if anyone is going to remove the markings on my back......."Oh yes we can help you with that." Are you kidding me?!?!?! What a JOKE

I agree with previous reviews that this is a poorly managed clinic with terrible customer service…read more It is often difficult to speak to a live individual & the support staff is rude. They have made it extremely difficult to get school forms filled out. While the doctor is knowledgeable, I am considering changing practices because of how poor the Sevice is.
