They gave me a call the same day they got the referral to schedule her first appointment, which was less than a week later. They woman at the front desk was very pleasant to talk to. The waiting room was clean and they had a very cool magnetic table for kids to play with. Dr Green's nurse was very nice as well. Dr. Green was very nice and was very good with my daughter. She was so comfortable around him that she never got scared the whole time. They scheduled the surgery to be done that Friday. The whole process took a lot of stress off of me from worrying about my daughter. Thank you for taking such good care of her!

I arrived early for my appointment and had to wait an hour to be seen…read more I was brought into a screening room (?) where the technician profusely apologized for taking so long to see me. She kept saying "it's circumstances" "been a weird day" just bad circumstances. Finally I was taken to a procedure room where the NP(?) vacuumed out my ears. I had that procedure done many times before and it always took longer than she took. She also explained they double book on Friday's as it is a short day for them. When I got back home a lump of wax fell out of my ear and then the next morning when I cleaned my ears in the shower the washcloth came out as dirty as it did before my ears were "professionally" cleaned. A terrible experience and to reiterate.....a waste of time and money.
