The front desk staff were friendly. Being that the work would take several hours they ordered a Lyft to take me home and offered one to bring me back when our van was ready. The work was completed at a fair price. There was no forceful attempt to up-sale. They seem to be honest. As of now we plan to use Collins Auto Care for our vehicle servicing needs! There seemed to be a steady stream of regulars whom the staff knew by name.

I was also told to email Todd the owner to let him know exactly what needed to be done and to schedule an appointment. I emailed Todd on March 14. Never heard back. On April 11, I sent a message via the shop's website. A couple days later, I received a response from Todd to let me know they had received the message and he would respond that week. Never received any response, and that was the last response I received. I am completing this review on July 23. You would think when driving across town to the shop to schedule an appointment, completing a new customer form and following the instructions they gave me that I would be able to get on an appointment list. Apparently not. I just assumed they had all of the business they needed, and certainly didn't want mine.
