The cover was destroyed but we were able to jury rig her so she was drivable. After several delays and my rather grumpy bf not being happy about things, I got her back today. I had had them replace the cylinder. They had mentioned bent bolts and broken tabs. I figured it was how it was held in. So imagine my shock to find the entire steering column recovered. These guys...are just so kind. Yes it's a garage and yah it costs money, but they are good guys. And that's pretty rare in the industry,

Came by the shop on March 13, 2023 to schedule an appointment. I completed a new customer form and was told it may be 30 days or so before I could bring it in. I was also told to email Todd the owner to let him know exactly what needed to be done and to schedule an appointment. I emailed Todd on March 14. Never heard back. On April 11, I sent a message via the shop's website. A couple days later, I received a response from Todd to let me know they had received the message and he would respond that week. Never received any response, and that was the last response I received. I am completing this review on July 23. You would think when driving across town to the shop to schedule an appointment, completing a new customer form and following the instructions they gave me that I would be able to get on an appointment list. Apparently not. I just assumed they had all of the business they needed, and certainly didn't want mine.
