Customer service is a big thing for me and the guys here were very polite and gentlemanly. They open all doors car and office, for each customer and ensured that we were aware of where the facilities were and also that coffee was available... They went over the details of what was needed for my vehicle and made sure to clean up behind themselves. I will return.

They made me get out of the vehicle which the signs clearly say I could stay in the vehicle. They then charged me $184 to change my oil only! In that $184. Included in that $184 charge, I paid an additional charge for an oil filter, I paid a charge of $9.99 tax to cover the use of the company's equipment such as tools. I was taxed because the company used their tools to do the job. The additional quarts of oil was charged to me as well. A whopping $45 for three quarts of oil. None of these additional charges were told to me upon arrival. Predatory because I am a woman? Or just greedy shop owners? I will never go back there. Here's your Warning!

As soon as I walked in, it was nice to see how clean and spacious the establishment was. They have a TV, a drink area, and comfortable seats. They also have a mini desk if you want to take your computer and get some work done. I was greeted by Ignacio who was friendly and polite to me. He offered me something to drink and told me to make myself comfortable and that my inspection wouldn't take long. I kid you not, I made me a coffee and sat down for like 3 minutes and Ignacio came out saying it was done, just like he said. That's how fast they were!! I left with a good impression of this place and I know that next time that I need my car serviced, I know where I can bring it.

They have a prayer book in the corner. The waiting area and bathroom is clean. They offer you coffee while you're waiting. And they got the good creamers! Not the nasty powder stuff. The bathroom has a little basket with items to refresh yourself. Honestly was the best auto shop lounge area I've ever been in. I appreciate Bryan and Richard for taking care of my vehicle needs. I dropped my vehicle off while I was going out of town. When I returned, the car was not ready yet, as I had hoped to get it straight from the airport. I was thankful that they sent an Uber to take me back to the shop when the car was ready because I do not live close. It was only convenient to drop it there because it's not too far from IAH. Richard noticed something didn't sound right as I was about to leave and made sure it was fixed before I drove off.

After they changed the coolant, there was an immediate loud noise. My car was overheating. The response was to ask me what was the noise. My car ran fine before I came in there. They completely did the coolant exchange again. My car stalled on the way home after overheating. I a repair shop and I'm now sitting on $3000 worth of damage done . That's not including the $300 bill from take five nor the $200 tow truck bill. They have turned my claim over to a third-party group who refuses to respond or doing anything to help. Omar was super nice and super patient with me and gave me a run-down on things my car will need in the future. Only reason why this isn't a 5 star review is because they accidentally disconnected my front crash sensor wire (I'm pretty sure the guy that did the oil change was new) but it was a quick fix, so it wasn't too much to worry about.
