The guy at Game On was extremely friendly and accommodating, did the work right away with me inspecting every step (particularly to make sure the names were spelled right), and was inexpensive. The remaining 25% would have nicks in the wood or misspellings. My team had problems with ordering duplicate plaques. Instead of having our order on file, we would send an email to Carl's with everything typed out specifically to the original plaque. Then we'd wait for about three weeks and eventually a plaque would show up. There was no dealing with an actual human, and reaching someone by phone was difficult. Our order showed up with two identical plaques. The same woman's name was misspelled on just one of them. How does that happen? Many phone calls and a stern email later, we received a corrected plaque. After this incident, we decided to take our business elsewhere. I had a custom team backpack…read moremade and the owner "Colton" became very angry and started yelling at me when I questioned as to why my backpack had different lettering placement than the other team members back packs I had seen. I also had placed an order for 2 adult hats and a childs hat,and purchased a sample hat they had made. There was some confusion and miscommunication about the price of the child size hat and the sample hat (not that I cared what either of them costed as I paid for them both when i placed my order but had the prices switched on them due to the miscommunication). When i showed them the email confirming what i thought the price was they became immediately aggressive and defensive. i had been telling people the wrong price because of this! my total was still the same and i even said maybe i misunderstood what the price of each product was but their unprofessional behavior continued to escalate. They also refused to give me a copy of my invoice. Granted I love the hats.. they turned out great.. the backpack is nice quality as well just different from everyone else's. What I can't tolerate is the unprofessional behavior and the rudeness shown to their customers.
