I have given plenty of notice for items I need done only to go check on them and find out they haven't even started on my order. This is after I call and I'm told things are moving along. Todd acts sincere but I think it's just to get my business. While the work looks well 90% of the time I feel I'm a bother. I'm looking for a new shop to take my sports items to. read more

I had two special orders that required TLC. One is a leather box containing the cremains of my beloved Doberman pincher who passes away after 13 years of love and devotion. The other is a two foot trophy that I won over 50 years ago as a child that my mother had always intended to have engraved. I brought my shadowbox here to have all the items I had collected throughout my 21 years in the Air Force set professionally in it. Overall, they did a good job fitting everything in and making it look great; however, they lost my flag! This was a flag I had flown on a special mission I was part of while deployed to Afghanistan... completely irreplaceable. I'm extremely disappointed that they lost it and didn't even offer to refund any money to me. I brought them a different flag to put in, but it doesn't replace or fix the situation and never will. I wish I would've done it myself... at least I'd still have my flag and money. read more

I was so happy to find this shop. I had a plaque that needed engraving and I am very pleased with the engraving. IThe price was HALF what I paid last year for the same work at another trophy shop and I liked this engraving better (it was sharper and more clear). The owner, Todd, answered all of my questions too and explained the differences in engraving. I noticed also many items that could be engraved for gifts such as wooden boxes so it is a place to check out for special, personalized gifts. I definitely recommend this place. read more

Amazing and beautiful Work! My husband and I have worked with TJ awards both for professional and private gifts and have been extremely pleased! Todd has worked with my husband and created one of a kind going away gifts for his unit and Todd work on a mass order for me of over 100 pieces for Large project and he didn't disappoint he was meticulously with every piece and always on time! I didn't hesitate to return to TJ awards to customize my grandma's 80th birthday gift and created a family tree for a woman that has 9 children, 26 grandkids, 21 and counting great grandkids. Imagine fitting all those names (and spelling them all correctly FYI LOTS of super Hispanic unique names) plus significant others plus a tree plus a beautiful quote in Spanish and making it look beautiful in black in gold!
