You call get put in hold and I can drive up there and still ve on hold after 15 min while the front office is playing on their phones and chatting with each other. They call you and you try to call back Good Luck 12 calls later noone answers. I. I love the Dr's. But I can't deal with the fact I can never reach them because the front end is ridiculously awful. Been with them over 30 years now... I'm changing to another office because the lack of professionalism in the front. He deferred blame to a radiologist and spoke with me for only 2 minutes and 20 seconds, answering not a single of my questions and only continuing to prize his time over mine. NEVER again will I go to this doctor office or see Dr. Kotha. My time is far better spent with doctors that actually care about their patients.

It seems that someone got the bright idea that this should be a gun free zone. This was a really dumb idea. The new office manager put up a new sign (illegally posted at that) about 12 feet away from the door and on the inside of a window, on a path that no one ever travels. He really expects people to see this, not a chance. If this is what you really want, than post it on all of the entry doors where it belongs. Besides, this will only stop legally carried guns from coming in. If someone is carrying an illegal gun, they will bring it in anyway, they don't care about posted signs. Why don't you just post "legally carried gun are not welcome". Ask all of those that were in the theater where 90+ people were shot. A legally carried gun could and most likely would have prevented a lot these injuries. I go to a lot of doctors and not one of them ask me to leave it home. Most, welcome it that someone is in there that could help them if something were to happen. Well, I have about 8 months to think this over, We will just have to wait and see what happens between now and than. A legally carried gun is there for you protection, not to do you or anyone else any harm.

Although the initial irrigation of the wound was extremely painful (couldn't be helped), Lauren expertly managed to close the wound using the existing, paper-thin skin without further trauma to my mother. Her manner was gentle and compassionate. Checking the wound the next day, Mom's primary care physician was impressed by Lauren's obvious skill. We were very lucky to have had such a competent PA attending to Mom.

I will say the PA and receptionist were fine, it was the young woman who was the assistant that was horrible. She actually made me cry. I have never been treated by a medical professional like this before, she acted like a total spoiled brat. It was actually bizarre. She slammed into the room to take my vitals, and did it in about 3 minutes. I had breathing issues and needed an EKG. She slammed the table down so I could lie flat, then since I couldn't breathe laying flat I asked for a pillow. She told me that no, they don't have pillows and made me feel bad for even asking for one. She couldn't figure out the EKG machine and after ten minutes of laying flat and not being able to breathe I asked if there was someone who could help? She slammed out of the room and made the PA do it, which she did on the first try. I came out and that girl was sitting in a chair facing the wall with her arms crossed, like a spoiled kid. It was CRAZY. They have old equipment and no X-ray services, either so I had to take an actual prescription to go find my own place to do a chest X-ray. Never again.

She didn't even bother to feel it further or even use a flash light to examine further. my daughter was still complaining of pain and at night time we used a headlight and carefully looked at her ears and was able to remove the plastic backings. see attached. There was a bit of a waiting list, but it was worth it when I got in. The wait time is always short when you have an appointment. I have gone here for doctor's appointments and lab work.
