They took care of my problem quickly, and I felt so much relief afterward. I honestly think this is one of the best places I've visited for dental care. Since then, I have gone away to college, moved back home, and now, currently reside in NYC. I have still kept Dr. Gerard as my primary dentist, and for good reason. Everyone in the office, from the assistants to Dr. Gerard are kind and welcoming. They go out of their way to make sure you have the everything you need to make your time at the dentist office as painless as possible. Although, I am only in my twenties Dr. G and his staff are by far the best dental crew I have experienced in my life. I will continue to visit them as long as I can. There are very few "neighborhood friendly" doctors anymore. People who remember your name, remember your story, etc. I've always felt that I am considered a high priority no matter it be a cavity filling (not many, I swear) or a bi-yearly cleaning. If possible, I would give Dr. Gerard an 100 star rating but until Yelp creates that measurement, 5 will have to do. I cannot say enough positive things about the service and results w/ Dr. G.

However I was given a plan for the dental work I need and I know I needed some things done so wasn't concerned with it. However it was a extensive plan. I spoke with Brenda (office manager) about the plan and she rushed me into a appointment for Monday morning for a crown. This was without me ever receiving the plan. When I finally spoke with her again on Saturday 11am (they close at 1pm) she sent me the plan to talk through and told me I need to make a decision on the Monday appointment asap. Basically have 2 hours to decide if I wanted a expensive Crown treatment done (I was not in any pain). I thought about it and wanted to discuss further so I sent a email Sunday night to Brenda (knowing they were not open but wanted to let them know) to which I received a really nasty reply stating how the time was booked for me etc etc. I was only saying that I wanted to speak further regarding the plan as it was one of the most expensive things I have ever had to do for myself so I wanted help with insurance and dental plans (which they never really made clear to me) before I started the procedure. So I ended up canceling the appointment for Monday with Brenda who handled it very poorly and was rude about it. I was also very clear stating that I wanted to speak further with them about this. Its been over 10 days now and I have still not received that call from them on this. Guess they didn't want me there. I went to get a second opinion on this (as i was instructed by friends to do, not the dentist) and found out their prices were very high compared to many other places around. I checked a few and this was the case. Other places also handled things better. Giving me the X-Rays to take with me and basically giving me a idiots guide to what I need. The miller centre wanted to charge me a high fee to release a copy of my X-Rays. So the other places said they would do it for free for me. Gail (Dental Assistant) & Dr Miller were nice people to deal with but with the rudeness of Brenda and poor customer service aswel as the high prices I will not be using them for my dental work and I recommend others to be weary when doing anything extensive with the Miller Center. With the other place I now have a dental plan set up for discounted treatment and a plan set out with exactly what i need and I will be starting on my procedure today. This was all done in one visit to them. How dentists should be.

The Miller Center was AWESOME!…read more I found the Miller Center on yelp on a Monday morning at 4am as I writhing in a throbbing pain with a problematic wisdom tooth. I called them up at 8am explaining my situation, and they made space for me to meet with Dr. Gustavo at 9:30am! As it turns out, they keep a dentist's schedule open each day for emergency cases (what a life saver!). The staff was super professional and very very nice. Dr. Gustavo took his time and walked me through each step in the process that was about to take place. He always made sure to keep me informed of what his next step was, and what to expect both pain-wise and procedurally. This was the first time I stepped foot into a dentist office where I did not feel like I was being pushed a product, or being overcharged. To add to the love affair, I didn't feel any pain at all afterwards. Dr. Gustavo gave me the perfect scrips so that I can continue my day. Thanks Miller Center!!!
