The owner claimed there were issues in the Raleigh area in early December 2024, and said his workers could not come to work, which caused repeated delays. During installation, the crew--who did not speak English--placed the fence too close to my neighbor's house. When I raised the issue, they refused to move it. They claimed I had instructed them to place it there, which is incorrect, and the owner also refused to correct the placement. About six months after the fence was installed, it started falling apart. There are now large gaps between the doors, and although they said the wood was pressure-treated, it's already buckling.
