Their ENTIRE E-N-T-I-R-E outgoing message was in Spanish‼ I'm not trying to be mean but I DO NOT SPEAK NOR UNDERSTAND SPANISH ‼This morning BEFORE 8 am I get a call it is someone from this company's # delivering a message. I got them scheduled and they showed up when they were supposed to do the job, they assessed the situation and got up in the attic to clean out the vent pipe leading to the roof. After around 30 minutes or less, the guys were done. Since then I have had ZERO issues with the dryer and should have gotten this done when I bought the house. Good service, I would use them again.

They called me back shortly after I left the message Monday morning and came back out Monday afternoon. Today is Wednesday and all is well. I paid on Friday what I thought was a reasonable rate. Justin is extremely friendly and does a great job, while also not price gouging. They installed a new mini split unit for us that works perfectly. They've also done repairs on our old duct work, while another company originally came in and tried to fear monger us into buying $10k worth of all new HVAC duct work! That company came and said it couldn't be patched, and then Justin came and patched it no problem. Be careful when dealing with contractors, as there are many who are deceitful and shady. I appreciate the honesty from Maurice's, and they will show up on short notice to get you out of a bind as well. Definitely deserving of 5 stars in my book.
