He then told me they were done, told me the total which did not include the $50, and took off. That's when I noticed a huge paint chip from the pressure washer he used. He never mentioned anything about it. When I finally got ahold of him by phone, he said "oh, it wasn't there before?". I had taken before and after pictures, thank God. He finally offered to pay $30 for a replacement side mirror cover. I then went to ask for my $50 deposit back, just to find out my number is now blocked.

For starters. Me publicly posting this does not violate this "agreement" "contract" whatever it…read morewould be called in this case. Which states I will say nothing but the truth. I spent 3,200 dollars to get my car wrapped. This is how it turned out. This is my vehicle anywhere from 1 day to 3 days after it was given to me. I am Posting about this so this does not happen to others. I saved up money to get this wrap done and the "professional" with a "99%" rating with all of his customers gives me the car like this. Like I said nothing but the truth, an absolute terrible job. Terrible. I am not the type of person to ever give hate or be negative towards a business or anything in general. This is not that. It is to save other people. I was refunded 1050 dollars. Really $900 dollars. $150 added on top for the "professional" breaking my door handle. Any professional place would give a whole refund or more. You would think. It took days are arguing for me to come to the fact and just agree with the money offered because I needed the wrap off my car and the "professional" handled it so unbelievably immature I had no choice other than to take the money I could. He had an excuse for multiple things and owned up to some. Asking over and over for him to fix it the car. Which was not happening. Had my car for EIGHT days. Still can't get it close to right after that long? Not touching my car again. I believe if you can't get it right the first time, no second chances in this circumstance. He claimed " I was off it this week, I messed up." Yes you messed up MY car that I trusted you with and paid you $3200. Unbelievable experience. Brand new suburban looks terrible and needs to be redone…read more Edges not properly trimmed, vinyl was pieced together, chrome showing in places, and he forgot to wrap part of a door handle. Was told 4-5 hours and it took 12 hours. We picked it up at 10pm, so the flaws weren't seen until next morning. We contacted him for a refund, he refused--gave us 1/3 back. Lesson learned.
