He was on time and prepared, and his team set up immediately and got to work making my windows sparkle. They cleaned the glass and screens, and left my windows looking brand new. They even detailed the frames and handles around the glass. Before they left, they checked over each window inside and out to make sure that there weren't any spots left behind. My home is on an open acre, so a lot of dirt and grass gets blown around and sticks to everything, but they got it all. They are very professional and priced fair. With me at that time was someone from Toyota and heard him tell me that it would be done. My wife got there and the car had not been touched by anyone. The guy with Toyota was not happy. When I got to Toyota it was around 3:00 pm and the car was still not done. I was PISSED OFF. It took at least another hour to finish, after I told him that he needed to wipe off the extra tire shine (which they didn't) and that the wheels needed to be cleaned. This guy has the attitude of at least a two year old. He does not look at you while you're trying to talk to him, and he turned a round and then walked away from me while I was still trying to finish what I had to say. In closing and from reading some of the other reviews this guy and his company are completely worthless and not trust worthy. I will never go to him or his company and I suggest that everyone else stay away from this company. There is no way I can even give this business 1 star, but I have to so that I can post this review.
