He was on time and prepared, and his team set up immediately and got to work making my windows sparkle. They cleaned the glass and screens, and left my windows looking brand new. They even detailed the frames and handles around the glass. Before they left, they checked over each window inside and out to make sure that there weren't any spots left behind. My home is on an open acre, so a lot of dirt and grass gets blown around and sticks to everything, but they got it all. They are very professional and priced fair. This requires 4 very basic things: shampoo, water, a brush, a vacuum and NOTHING ELSE. The car LOOKED great until i opened the door and had an asthma attack from the heavy toxic chemicals they used. I don't think they even bothered to do a rinse and vac after they "shampooed" it. I'm so pissed I can't see straight. I have to be trapped in that car for 14 hours tomorrow for a road trip and my choices are now suffocating or driving in 90-100 degree weather all day with the windows down. I want a refund and a rental car. Ever got in a rental car that smelled at all even though they shampoo it after every use?

With me at that time was someone from Toyota and heard him tell me that it would be done. My wife got there and the car had not been touched by anyone. The guy with Toyota was not happy. When I got to Toyota it was around 3:00 pm and the car was still not done. I was PISSED OFF. It took at least another hour to finish, after I told him that he needed to wipe off the extra tire shine (which they didn't) and that the wheels needed to be cleaned. This guy has the attitude of at least a two year old. He does not look at you while you're trying to talk to him, and he turned a round and then walked away from me while I was still trying to finish what I had to say. In closing and from reading some of the other reviews this guy and his company are completely worthless and not trust worthy. I will never go to him or his company and I suggest that everyone else stay away from this company. There is no way I can even give this business 1 star, but I have to so that I can post this review.

From initial quote, where the team even connected via text to have a clear understanding of my tint request, to the after service care, it's been great. The pricing is in line with most of the tint shops in the area (I quoted around) but this one was very friendly with zero pressure. Other shops would not allow me to partially tint and insisted I needed to do every single window on my vehicle at once. The service itself was very efficient. They matched the prior tint perfect, and the guys were very well informed. I truly felt like I was in expert hands and they kept it friendly and casual while maintaining professionalism. It was a quick turnaround and their appointments were timely. After a few days I started to notice bubbling on my windshield, I was worried because the windshield does not come with any warranty here but because the bubbling was on the edges they honored the repair, offered for me to come in same day, and I waited less than 10 minutes even though they had other appointments. I've had zero concerns and it's been great!
