I felt like this needs to be said to help someone looking for a body shop. Made promises they can't keep. Said car would be done in 2 weeks took 2.5 months. Ask why my car wasn't done, said they have insurance jobs to do first, wish they said this in the beginning that my car would be a side job. They said they would wet sand and buff car when finish "make it look like glass", now want to charge extra for what they promised in the beginning. After getting the car back, now has chips and cracks in the bumper, they now want to charge extra to fix their issue of having too much paint or not prep properly. After many attempts to resolve the problems, I get "I have to change you extra for that" this place only cares about 1 thing, MONEY. Customer service is 0 to none. Mark the owner is very rude and gets upset very easily. Comments like "get your car out of here I'm tired of looking at it" or "I don't have to do what I promise" are not things you want to hear when you spend hard earn money at a business. I'm doing this to save the next guy looking for body shop. Mark you had many chances, many times to make this right but you refuse to resolve this. Start with treating people better and actually doing what you promise.

I took my vehicle to Classic Collision for an insurance repair. While it was there I asked for a separate quote to repair two other issues not related to the accident. Instead of giving me a quote they claimed it was all covered because they needed to "blend" the accident repair in. I went to pick up my vehicle and one of the panels they "blended" in had what appeared to be a dog hair encrusted in the paint and the other area I offered to pay to repair was just painted over with no buffing whatsoever making the issue worse because it is now shinny, bumpy, and way more obvious. Fast forward to "completion", they now want over $500 to correct something they made 10 times worse. I will never return to this place.

After posting on a local Facebook group about some issues I was having with the speakers and subwoofers in my car, Scott was one of the few people who took the time to reach out directly. So, about 6 weeks after Scott replaced my touchscreen, my HVAC panel stopped working. I remember…read morewhen picking up my vehicle, he disclosed that he had to push the HVAC panel back on, but he got it in. Honestly, I don't remember exactly what he said he had to do. I was just happy to have the NAV/radio back to normal, and the HVAC buttons worked, that was all I cared about. It all looked fine. Fast forward 6 weeks and the HVAC panel stopped working out of the blue. Stuck on 75 degrees, and none of the buttons would work. I brought it back to Scott, he took the battery out, thinking it might need a reset, he looked at the panel but said he didn't have an answer and said he'd put me in touch with a friend who might have an answer for me. He never did. I left him messages. Never heard back. I took the vehicle to Nissan and they want to charge me $1,200 for a new HVAC panel and I believe that whatever Scott did to get it back on messed it up. Thanks Scott.
