They tarp everything, lay plywood against the house to protect it and the plants, sweep up the sidewalks, even put wood down to protect the lawn from the roll off dumpster. My mother in law needed a roof and called one of the companies that advertise on TV. She became upset when the TV roofing companies kept calling her to pressure her to sign a contact. I told her to check on those companies on the BBB and then call ACE Roofing. She had Mike replace her roof was very happy with the work and was never pressured. My parents had a roof installed by Mike two days before the tornado passed their house 6 doors down in Millbury, never lost a shingle yet they had the top of their 30 foot tree break off. A 60 MPH wind storm we had in early march 2017 took a half dozen shingles off. Nearly every house in the neighborhood has the same damage. I called Mike that day and he was there the next day to fix the damage. Many of the neighbors are still waiting on their roofers to come out and repair theirs with far more damage. If you are considering a roof, read the reviews of all of the big roofing companies that have to advertise and then check ACE Roofing who relies on word of mouth. I think if you ask any of Mike's customers, I believe you will find everyone of them was pleased with his work,.... including the neighbors. Called Goodall. They had a quote for me to fix the floor within the hour, and a guy to come out almost next day. They did amazing work. Pulled out all the rotting wood, replaced the floor, installed a new flange even. Also was able to unclog my grandma's tub. I'll be using them next time I'm in town for the bigger repair job coming up. Pictures are of the toilet hole before the fix, and after. He put a sign in our yard after the job was completed and the sign reads, Efficient and Affordable. I couldn't agree more. We called several people to come and do an estimate before we decided on if we could afford a new roof. Some of the contractors did not return our call, or did not show up when they said they would. We had another estimate that was $20,000 more than the Pedersen estimate. Unbelievably outrageous! That person spent three hours here trying to convince us we why should pay that much. Shawn had a great warranty. He was very straightforward. He came here and simply gave an estimate; he was not pushy at all. He was great to deal with, his workers were very polite, and generally cleaned up. Shawn came here personally at the end and he made sure all the screws from our original roof were cleaned around the yard with a magnet. We had an issue with our previous roof leaking in an area and we've had one rain since it was completed and no leaks! I would definitely recommend considering him if you were looking at getting some estimates because he shows up when he says he will. And then, I wouldn't be surprised if you end up choosing him after (if) you hear from everyone else.

Thankfully I had front and back of house surveillance cameras, as at end of project, One Source tried to invoice me for 87 labor hours. When reviewing cameras, the actual work was 26! I expressed this to Josh, which in return he left me a nasty, threatening voicemail. I also observed on the camera his crew using the ditch behind my house as their personal toilet, and his crew dumping their waste in the construction site next to my house. I paid One Source for the time and materials used that was observed on camera. FOUR YEARS later, Josh filed small claims court and presented no evidence. I had kept all videos, emails, etc...case closed. USE CAUTION HIRING ONE SOURCE!
