Extremely disappointed, and I had to have them redo the work they had done, as it was a very poor job .Additionally, when Poe and I went to go pick parts up that weren't ordered yet, due to his miscalculations, he was told by the owner of this business (which I will not name), that Poe was not allowed on their property, due to a previous situation. I had to fire him and I had to finish up the job. They had left at least 40 wheel barrels full of dirt and concrete that I had to dispose of myself. Extremely disappointed. I had Fremont Fence come out and give me a quote in April of 2022. This was right during covid, so…read moreeverything was super slow and cost more. I had a 4-foot fence and i wanted to add 2 feet extensions so that it was 6 feet. Now at the time of my quote I had privacy mesh all the way around my fence. The quote came in super high, but I said this is the normal now with covid everything is going to cost this much so I paid it. The install took 4 months for them to get to me again I figured this is the new norm, so I went with it. 2023 I noticed the fence starting to lean a little, but not enough for me to complain about. 2024 its now leaning a lot so i called Fremont fence and they sent someone out to look at it. I get a call a week later and another quote to fix the current fence that they installed. They want to change me $575 to fix the fence - they said that since I put privacy mesh up, the current supplies are not strong enough to support mesh. The mesh was up for years and was there when they came and gave me a quote, the proper supplies should have been part of the quote. Now at any time my fence can blow over and my dogs can get out. I sent Fremont fence pictures with time stamp to prove the mesh was there when they quoted. and it should be fixed for free now they stopped responding to my emails and calls.

From the very first part of the fence demolition, one of their workers did nothing but complain the entire time he was here. He complained about everything from the fact that there was standing water, to the vegetation around the fence, to the company itself. They didn't have a dumpster the first day so they left the old fence scattered between my yard and my neighbor's yard. Through no fault of their own, one of the gate kits was incomplete and we'd have to wait for Lowes to get another kit from the manufacturer. That's fine, they can't control that. However, after telling me this, they left with bags of concrete still in the yard, large sections of the old fence in my yard, trash still left in my garage, and would not pick up the dumpster for another week. I am still without a complete fence even though the parts have already been delivered to my house.
