The situation only worsened when I was misled by Dawn, who told me that my insurance provider had been contacted, only for me to later discover that no such outreach had ever occurred. To make matters worse, I was treated rudely by two individuals in the billing department, who then informed me that Lawall doesn't even submit to insurance. When I attempted to get clarification from a so-called "manager," I was spoken to condescendingly and told I had misunderstood the conversations--as if I were incapable of grasping basic communication. Given this string of unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and outright disrespect, how am I supposed to trust Lawall to provide a quality medical product? I will be reaching out to my hospital to understand why they are contracted with such a vendor, and I sincerely hope that Lawall is reconsidered as a supplier.
