Well last night our tank ruptured and when I called Aquarius Plumbing this morning to activate my warranty they politely told me I had 3 options. First option was the earliest they could book me in for service was next Monday (6 days from now), which is totally unacceptable because it's the Easter long weekend coming up and we had company coming). Second option was if I wanted it done sooner they could fit me in on an emergency basis but I'd not get the warranty and I'd be paying overtime rates (so much for the warranty they offered me when they installed original tank) and my third option was, I could go find another supplier. My question is why wouldn't the supplier that sold me the product service my product/problem. I'm certain it's greed that gets in the way of service. If they could find a installer after 8-5, why wouldn't they just look after us before the long weekend. No I am supposed to wait 6 days to have hot water in the house. Ridiculous!!!! Anyway I thought you should know if you're expecting service, Aquarius Plumbing should be low on your option list if supplier/installer. Unsatisfied (one time customer)!!!!

Apparently they don't have staff as the job needed two people Eventually my husband got the parts from them and will do the install himself . I am actually looking for a plumber right now for another project, and I will not be considering them. however, the technician that they did send us appeared to be quite competent, and did a very thorough inspection of our furnaces and air conditioning's way back in June when we first hired this company. I am certain that he would have done a quality job had he been able to do so. However, he appears to be caught in an undesirable place.

Reliance is such a hot mess. they claim you get yearly maintenance with appliance rental. two…read moremonths after not receiving a call or email about booking said maintenance, and a reminder on my thermostat to change filters, I called to book myself. waited weeks for appointment. day of appointment, technician called to say he'd be at my house in an hour. I waited and waited. before five I texted him and he called me back saying he wasn't coming but would be there the following Tuesday and to expect him between 1-5 pm. Again, I wait all afternoon. text him to see if he's coming, and he texts back saying he is not and to rebook with the call centre--which is horrible in its own right with awful phone quality, long waits, 45 mins recently to resolve a random bill for 600.00 sent to me when I did not have an outstanding amount at all. so now I have to call that awful place and wait how many more weeks in hopes these idiots can muster the will to bring/change filters on their own appliances that i rent. you'd think they'd want to maintain them rather than replace because of their own refusal to attend to their maintenance appointments. Seems like an expensive mistake to make.
