In the process our custom floating stairs were gouged and damaged. The installer was decent enough to own that and advised we call the office to see what could be done. We were not looking for some exorbitant payout but something as this will be a multi thousand dollar expsense to fix. They told us to pound sand and that such things are par for the course.
