A couple of them did not answer the phone, one took my name number but has yet to call me back, and one could squeeze me in later in the week. As for Living Waters Tim answered the phone promptly and called back shortly with an arrival time of 1 pm. Our tech Alex showed up slightly before 1 pm and just left after doing a great job at installing our new water heater. He was quick to order the equipment and parts he needed working to make sure he was being delivered a tank (did not opt for a tankless unit after doing my own research on prices) that would fit in our hall closet. We had CK install a tankless system, and that was great. As part of the install they removed the…read moreold tanks and used a dolly to haul them away. In the process our custom floating stairs were gouged and damaged. The installer was decent enough to own that and advised we call the office to see what could be done. We were not looking for some exorbitant payout but something as this will be a multi thousand dollar expsense to fix. They told us to pound sand and that such things are par for the course. Zero integrity. To be clear the plumber himself did great.
