He even got me to purchase the most expensive paint I've ever seen. With that said I'm now glad I did. It's 2020 now and the paint still looks like the day Tim finished it. There are absolutely NO cracks or separation. Tim did all the preparation work exactly as he described in his Cover Letter and Quote and I believe it is part of why it still looks so good. I would use Tim again in a heart beat if and when I have work for him. Unfortunately he is in high demand these days and gets booked up in advance. So, If you want a Great Job by a Professional call early. Tim's pricey but worth every penny.

The owner, Tim, provided an excellent overview of the work required and convinced us of his ability…read moreto complete the work in a professional manner. He started the project on the approved date without complications and immediately completed a detailed review and summation of the wood that would need replacing and/or repair. He then performed a complete organical/chemical wash of the entire home to remove mold, fungus and dirt that had accumulated over the years and washed it all down. Following that he professionally removed each damaged board individually without harming a single surrounding board and was able to fit in each new board so snuggly you would have thought it was from the original construction (except in most cases it was better.). After completing the wood replacement he then did a board by board review for tightness and caulked and screwed as required caulking throughout with high quality product, over 5 cases and nearly 600 screws. Finally, he painted the entire exterior of the home using a new paint scheme (for lack of a better term) Tim recommended that highlighted the architectural features of the home making them "pop". The finished product was far better than we could have imagined and so much better than what the home was before. Trying to compare what our home looked like before Tim's recommendation and after is nearly impossible to describe. We've had so many neighbors stop and positively comment that we've lost count of the compliments we've received. To say we are happy with the results is such a gross understatement as to be absurd. We are pleased beyond words. Tim's craftsmanship and professionalism is beyond comparison and certainly in a class of its own. He is by far the best craftsman we've had the pleasure of employing in the 35 years we've owned this home, and that includes the original builder. We give Paragon Painting and Decking our highest recommendation. Please call if you have any questions or want additional information.
