Plus, they had an opening that aligned with the timeframe that I was aiming for. Terrence, Jason and Stephania did a high quality job with our interior painting job. They were extremely polite, professional, prepped everything prior to painting and cleaned up daily. Each person was responsive to all questions, concerns and accommodated additional color selections. Terrence also had additional people on site a few days to ensure the job was completed within the projected timeframe. If you're deciding between painting yourself vs. getting it professionally done, do yourself a favor and just go for it! What Terrence and his team completed within a week would have probably taken us numerous weekends spanning several months (or in our case, postponed indefinitely). This included power washing, priming, and minor repairs [as necessary]. The Estimator, Justin, arrived on time and listened to all of our expectations and concerns. He furnished a detailed and timely estimate for the work to be completed. And, during our review period, he answered all of our follow-on questions and supplied both insurance [medical and liability] and licensing information, so that we were able to independently verify their currency and applicability. The work took three days to complete. Each day Dale [on site manager] & company [Ron - first day, Malcolm - 2nd & 3rd day] arrived on time, prepared to paint the house. On the first day, Dale listened to our concerns and ensured that he understood the job to be completed. He was knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and above all patient [with us and the work]. All work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. Dale went beyond the job agreement, delivering, with our approval, painting touches so that the finished product was uniform in appearance. We were more than satisfied. Suggestion: If possible, purchase the paint yourself, using the types and quantities provided in the estimate.
