These guys went above and beyond. They painted a duplex that I own while I was out of town and did an excellent job start to finish. First, the communication was excellent. They were available by phone, text and email. They even sent progress photos each day of the project. Second, they did great work for a fair price. Final invoice was perfectly in line with the initial estimate and they even did some additional work I requested for a very reasonable price. Third, they showed up on time and completed on schedule. Robert and his team are fantastic. They were referred through a real estate company that I had worked with in the past. I needed a handyman for a new property (oceanfront) that I wanted to do many things on. This included pressure washing roof top (1600 sq ft), balconies (they are big), ground level, and front/back porch. During this time, he also repainted the kitchen, placing new light fixtures and hardware into place. His team then built an addition in the kitchen ceiling to work with the new light fixtures. I also needed the ground floor to have a retaining wall (was once a few bricks holding dunes up away from house), and he made a retaining wall, painting it and painting the ground floor as requested. This is only A FEW examples of what this team has done, and how much they have been there for me as an owner and property manager of 2 places (grill, jacuzzi, oven issues,...they were there on the spot!!!). I could have never found a better handyman, painter, & builders for this place, and now he is covering another property for me as well! Quick response rate, great communicator, follows-up always, and is careful and patient in his approach, always aiming to complete things in a timely manner so while communicating with me along the way. Look no further!! Robert is a consummate Professional and is exactly what you are looking for. I had a Rental Property I needed prepared for Sale. It needed little repairs here and there and painted completely inside and out. I was looking for someone who could do everything so I could deal with one person instead of many different "specialists". I knew this was a tall order but Robert and his Team came through like gangbusters, as they say. His flexibility, and Adaptability coupled with his constant communication allowed me to have the peace of mind to give someone the lock code of my house while I am thousands of miles away. He had no issue when I informed him I was going to have someone stop by and in fact, insisted on meeting my Realtor and having her act as my eyes and ears for walk throughs to okay the work. We contracted to have several room's repainted. In the quote, the estimated time to complete was 3 days, 2 painters, drop cloths on floor and furniture, to protect everything. The reality was 7 days to complete with 1 painter plus another part time. No protection for the floor or furniture and many errors. From missed areas, to paint on the leather couch, hardwood floors, driveway outside etc.... We finally got things close enough to let them leave and have refinished the job ourselves because the errors were unending.
