In order to complete the work they hired a subcontractor to remove a large floor to ceiling window and door system that led out to the deck and then replace it after the TPO work was completed. A. Fricker did an amazing job with the deck repair. Unfortunately, their subcontractor did a bad job of replacing the window and badly bent the frame on re-installation. Now the window leaks badly and I'm still getting water into the living space below. I reached out multiple times to Cody (the project manager) to see if a solution could be found. He stopped returning my calls and texts. I followed that up with an email to the owner. It's been several months now and I've never received a response to that email. Therefore I cannot recommend them.

sadly, shew's is not a "top quality" roofing company, as they advertise…read more these guys do not care about their customers and trying to earn your business. called them to get a free written estimate to fix the roof damage caused by june 2023 storm. they came, looked at the roof, then said that they would need to get their carpenter involved for an estimate on some additional needed structural repairs, before they could replace the roof, and give the roof estimate. I said no problem, and scheduled time to come back next week. the next week, both brothers and their carpenter arrived, their carpenter looked over the needed structural repair work. then they said they would get back to me within a couple of days with both the carpenters and their roof replacement free written estimates. then sadly, after that is when all went downhill. they did not get back to me with the free written estimates within a couple days, that never happened. 1) only after my repeated phone calls, and after leaving them several messages, did they ever several "weeks" later get back to me, then give me a bunch of excuses for their delays, then finally sent me the "sent by text message, and not written as promised" the free written estimates. 2) they said they could get my roof replaced, for free, because they knew and were "personal friend" with my insurance agent. they said that they had done this several times successfully in the past with their other customers. however, this never happened, they dropped the ball again, they did not get me a free roof replacement. when I asked them what happened all I was given were even more excuses. 3) finally, after weeks and weeks of delays and tons of excuses, I contacted them and respectfully told them was not going to use them. they acted all surprised and offended, and of course did not offer any apology for all the delays and no apology for their ton of excuses. sadly, these brothers roofing service is nothing like their tv ads proclaim, they are not a "top quality" roofing company. customer beware, horrible customer service.

At that time he didn't think the roof would qualify for replacement, so he suggested to wait.Unlike another roofing company who tried to rush us into getting a new roof knowing insurance was not going to approve. A year later a major leak in the roof causing water damage inside the house. I called Jeremy and he came immediately and found where the leak was coming from. Did a temporary fix and said the roof was worse than it had been the last time he was on it. Suggested we start the claim process fora new roof as well as repair of ceiling where the water had came through. Jeremy and his assistant, Danny, have helped with this entire process from starting the claim to the completion of the new roof and the other damage repairs. My insurance agent of 25 years called me about 2 weeks before my insurance ended with American National and told me I needed to get a new roof. I did not have time to research or find a roofer so I completely trusted my insurance agent. He put me in touch with the adjuster and with Jeremy Newkirk. Jeremy was professional, kind, helpful, patient and the best contractor I've ever worked with in 25 years. He was able to get me a new roof which had upgraded shingles and upgraded gutters installed in under 2 weeks. His crew was polite, worked hard, very neat and did an amazing job! I chose to do an upgraded shingle which is a class 4 Owens Corning impact resistant shingle with synthetic underlayment. Jeremy also ran the calculations and added some extra vents on my roof which I think look really good and will help with the hot summer sun. They took off the old 15 pound felt and made sure all the decking was in good order. The synthetic underlayment is waterproof and tear proof and It doesn't absorb heat like felt does and air moves underneath it better. They added additional vents because the square footage on my house required more. They installed ice and water shields in all of the valleys and around every penetration and around the chimney. Ice and water shield is so it will seal around a nail when it's driven through. He upgraded the size of the guttering around my front door where my ash trees are so it will prevent them from getting clogged. He also added gutters around my bay window to hopefully prevent wood rot. He replaced the rotted vertical boards around my chimney. He did a fantastic job! He was the easiest and best contractor that I have worked with in the 25 years of owning this home. I highly recommend Roof Leaks and Moore! This meant I wouldn't need to deal with a lot of the paperwork and middle man stuff. I truly didn't want to mess with and simply wanted my roof replaced due to storm damage. I called HCS and they came back with an estimate. I approved the work. Materials were ordered and roof installed as promised with no issues. Cody was fantastic and easy to work with overall. My only hiccup was some confusion with them working with my insurance company as a preferred provider. Essentially, I had to get a bit more involved than I had hoped, but at the end of the day it wasn't a huge ordeal. Highly recommend for ease of use and workmanship.
