Well after 5 weeks, and repeated calls to both people and the answering machine I still don't have my money. I have been calm and respectful throughout the process and am only leaving this negative review as a last resort. This is why used car dealerships have the reputation they have. $500 seems like a small price to pay to keep your good name. I would NOT recommend buying from them.

They sent it to the chevy dealership. Chevy said 1. bad abs module 2. bad purge valve 3. bad vent valve 4. bad canister Kingman auto plaza said they were going to fix it, and never did. Talked to the mechanic and was told that the only thing that they did to repair it was replace the purge valve. A employee name Tom, told me that everything but the abs module was fixed. He lied the mechanic was honest and told me the truth. Even with the vehicle properly diagnosed from Chevy, they still would not fix the problem. I asked for a vehicle safety inspection report on the vehicle, and was told no. I asked for invoices for everything that had done to the car, was told no. I cannot believe that Tom will not give me a receipt for "service" rendered. I will be telling as many people as I can about this company. Save yourself the hassle, buy from some else. I am not sure this car is even safe to drive with the brake problem... Crazy how these guys can get away with this.

Great customer service and genuine caring attitude on making sure all of my needs were met. More recently the attitude has changed. They really don't care if you buy the car you like. They know that they will eventually sell it to someone. Because of that, the 7 day money back guarantee is just a gimmick. If the car has scratches or chip they couldn't care less. You either buy it with the damage or you don't. It's no sweat off their backs. Like I said this is my fourth Carvana purchase. They have no problem watching your sale down and returns, as they just don't care. It wasn't always like this. I think their popularity went to their head. They would rather your deal go down in flames than to fix a scratch that they should have fix before they offered it for sale. They enjoy putting you in the position of either accepting damage or returning the car. So I will probably have to live with it because I like the car and it runs good. However, this will be the last time I use them. I guess my advice is if you like a vehicle from them, all due diligence is useless since they will not negotiate under any circumstance thus making their 7 days return policy useless as leverage on a purchase. After the alignment, they told us the tires needed balancing as well, so we agreed to that. They took the car on three test drives and assured us each time that it was running "smooth" and everything "looked good." We were told maybe we had "bad" tires or possibly a problem with the transmission and sent on our way. Saying the Volvo was driving "smooth" couldn't have been further from the truth. The moment we got in the car, it was vibrating and bouncing just as badly as before. It genuinely felt like they wanted us out the door rather than taking the time to diagnose the real issue. When we got home, a simple Google search pointed to bad CV joints and control arms. We took the car to Tire Works in Bullhead City, and they confirmed exactly that. It's hard to believe Stockton Hill Tires didn't catch something so obvious. Tire Works replaced the parts, and now our Volvo drives perfectly. The staff at Stockton Hill Tires were friendly, but friendliness doesn't fix a car. Whether they didn't know what they were doing or just didn't want to deal with it, the result was the same. Based on our experience, I can't recommend them. Tire Works in Bullhead City, on the other hand, got the job done right.

I mentioned that it if caster was different side to side, then it would pull on way or another. He said "try it". I took if for a test drive and it pulled to the left. I called and was told that I could bring it in at 8:00 2 days later. I brought it in and was told that they didn't have an appointment time for me. The front desk person called Debbie, who is their wonder manager. She said that I'd have to be charged another $125.00 per hour to get it done.
