The overall experience has been exceptional. The approach was deliberate and disciplined. The results are solid, sustainable and better than I thought possible. Dr. Shore was both a cheerleader and coach through the process. It is easy to become discouraged during an extensive therapy engagement. He knew exactly when to reward and when to challenge.
