So I called and left voice mail; it wasn't returned. Another call I reached him however he said he was at an event and couldn't talk at that moment. He promised he would call me the next day. I never heard from him again. I made it easy with the details of my job; I have no idea why he brushed me off. Please consider my review before you proceed with your proposal- this behavior would make a person question his commitment and quality of work/construction!
