It's been a while, so I have to say, nothing has changed. Pablo has been detailing our car the last couple of years, and all I can say is Perfection! There hasn't been one time, that I had to call and have them come back because the job was subpar. Unfortunately, when I bought my new Infiniti Chris had stopped doing ceramic pro for a while, so I had to use another place. After the owner gave me a one hour spiel about how good he was and what other people do wrong and what he does different, I decided to go with him. Santiago texted to let me know he was on his way and he arrived at the scheduled time. He was very courteous and took time to discuss specifically what would be done on our vehicle. Santiago cleaned the vehicle thoroughly and I appreciated his use of cleaning methods that were safe for the vehicle's paint...he used a foam canon to soap the vehicle and compressed air to remove water around crevices and trim. I am extremely pleased with the result and would not hesitate to have Reflections Mobile Detailing clean our vehicles again.
