Although the pricing seemed more than what I wanted/expected to spend he was very knowledgeable and thorough with explaining why the pricing reflected the work needed to tint a Tesla specifically CORRECTLY since the rear windows are so large compared to other cars. I wanted someone trustworthy and after some research I realized his pricing was reasonable especially since a family member of mine paid more than what Eric quoted me and his 2020 model 3 has already started bubbling! Eric was able to book me the following week based on my availability and I was the only one scheduled for that day which I appreciate because you can tell he took the time to perfect my windows! He sent me a video and pictures of the car before pick up and even stayed an additional hour past closing to wait for me to pick up the car. When I arrived he showed me pictures of the whole process that was done. I'm hella happy I took my car to this shop. I called to have my car inspected to replace the tint under warranty, and the service person said he would contact the manufacturer for the tint replacement. It's been weeks since that day, they don't return phone calls, I went there in person, and nothing since. Crickets. I went there again today during business hours, they were closed. I should have done this review a long time ago! Over the past 10 years, I've brought my vehicles here (ranging from sports cars to trucks) and these guys always do a phenomenal job! I recently purchased a Toyota Tacoma and needed my front windows tinted. I spoke with Eric (owner) and we discussed some different options I had for tinting. Apparently, there's a new type of tint that blocks a majority of the heat out. There's a small sample box on the counter and Eric showed me the differences with both types of tint (heat demonstration). This guy is laid back and runs a no pressure, professional business and will make sure you understand what you're buying (and why you should). The other employees I've met here are all younger guys but they are always polite and courteous. I ended up having them tint my windshield as well (something I've never done in the past) and I'm glad I did! The work at this place is always excellent and I'm completely satisfied with the results. On a side note. Be aware that when you schedule your appointment, they do require a deposit in order to put you on the official schedule. This is necessary in order for them to guarantee you won't back out and they lose business for that day. Nothing shady at all. If you need to change the date or reschedule, just call them within 72 hours (maybe 48) and they are happy to accommodate you and you won't lose your deposit. read more

I spoke with Eric yesterday 5/24/2019. He gave me rough estimates for ceramic coatings for my F-150. He stated he had openings the 30th and 31st. I told him I'd call him tomorrow. I checked my schedule, and call them today-5/25/2019. Andy answered, told me the dates were booked and that a $100 appt. non-refundable deposit was required. I asked to speak to Eric, who stated the same. I understood, but wished they had mentioned it yesterday, but no worries. I told them I'd call them back in 5 minutes to confirm 6/6/2019, and give them my $100 deposit. I called them back within 5 minutes, and Eric stated he decided not to work on my truck because he had a bad vibe from me. 1st, I apologize if I have misspelled any names. 2nd, I climbed through all the hoops they required, even stated I understood where they are coming from. I wish they could understand where I was coming from... 3rd, they wouldn't work on my truck because of a bad vibe. To Eric's defense, he did state he was sorry he wouldn't work on my truck. I just purchased a brand new 2019 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring in black and wanted to get my windows tinted to create a clean finished look. In addition, I wanted to block the heat out as much as I possibly could. Their appointment process is simple and you place a deposit towards the purchase of the work you will be getting done. I had every window tinted with the exception of the windshield (may go back and add the uv film for the it to protect my leather upholstery). I couldn't be more satisfied with the service and how the end product turned out. It looks great on the brand new car and I will certainly be recommending Tint Inc and using them again.
