It's been a while, so I have to say, nothing has changed. Pablo has been detailing our car the last couple of years, and all I can say is Perfection! There hasn't been one time, that I had to call and have them come back because the job was subpar. Unfortunately, when I bought my new Infiniti Chris had stopped doing ceramic pro for a while, so I had to use another place. After the owner gave me a one hour spiel about how good he was and what other people do wrong and what he does different, I decided to go with him. Let's just say it's been a very big soar spot for me. Having to go back six times to correct things, was very annoying, and then to have the audacity to tell me my paint was bad from the start just did it for me. So, I can and will always say Chris runs an awesome business, his workers are tops in what they do. I will be getting a new vehicle by the end of the year and will certainly only have Chris and his team touch it. He arrived on time and worked tirelessly for 4 hours cleaning every nook and cranny of our car on the interior and exterior. He did such an amazing job that our car looked even better than it did when we brought it home from the used car dealership. It was shining from top to bottom! Rich has an amazing attention to detail and it was clear how much effort he puts into his work. Beyond the actual service, Rich is just a wonderful human. When I try to go in there is a note saying the person is on break and to pay at pump. Well isn't that just wonderful. Thankfully I remembered that I get an e-receipt from Shell, so I got my code from my email and decided to come back the next day. In the midst of this I noticed the car wash line was super long and some people were actually BACKING OUT of going in. Didn't think anything of it. I was on a time crunch and since you have 14 days to use your code I decided to come back later. I returned the very next morning and input my code. In doing that surprise , surprise the car wash DOES NOT WORK and sprays a bit of water then literally stops working while my car is inside it. You would think if the car wash was clearly having problems the day before there'd be a sign or something. None of that was the case. To save myself from further frustration I left. I'm down $14 and that's fine , but it will definitely be the last penny this place gets from me.

The touchless car wash option was not working since there was still leftover soap at the end of the cycle. Kaur (employee) offered a second wash (this time, free). Nima (employee) was patient enough to watch what happens during the second wash. Still leftover soap. So, received a third wash (this time, soft touch) and worked properly. All soap washed off. Three washes and patience= great customer service.
