Having shown the appliances to other TMJ specialists, I have heard nothing but surprise and criticism with comments ranging from, "These are...unconventional..." to, "Never put this in your mouth again." Additionally, his office staff is typically difficult to get in touch with and difficult to work with. When calling, I frequently heard, "I'm just a temp so I can't answer your question" or "someone else will get back to you." I inquired about a refund over 2 months ago and still have not heard back. Dr. Bieneman: if anyone from your office reads this, I would really appreciate hearing back from you about the refund. My jaw issues were nearly resolved and under control in San Diego (I had no pain and was on the road to recovery), but my move to Denver necessitated a new provider. So, I know my issues are treatable and that Dr. Bieneman just doesn't know how to do it. I hate to post a negative review, but I just wish someone would have told me these things before I wasted my time and money. Maybe my experience will save someone else the trouble.

Since I have had no success thus far (after paying out close to $2500, I have made the decision to toss the thing out and start all over again. (Also I have since learned Medicare covered expenses for an appliance for up to $2500 for a friend of mihe but Bieneman sure didn't report that as an option to me). I am so disgusted with this man and would recommend that no one use his service unless they wish to throw away thousands of dollars.

We also now have a solid schedule for naps, which gives us a lot more time on our hands and a much happier baby through the day. The next day my ears were bleeding a lot so I called Advantage Ent to talk to Dr. Hartiman they put me on hold and came back and said he was leaving and didn't want to talk to me just go by the instructions on the post op release paperwork. Losing your loved one is never the plan, but myself, and my family of 7 have nothing but gratitute and praise for the nurses and staff that cared for her. EACH and EVERY nurse, chaplain, and Hospice staff member gave the most compassionate care for my mom during her week there and her passing. They let us ask every question, explained things thoroughly, and were a constant source of comfort to my whole family during this difficult time. This hospital is very clean, and comfortable. One of the nurses went all the way through his vein and didn't even know until he was told by another nurse. Now he's badly bruised. They tried to give him Zofran in pill form knowing that he couldn't hold anything down. They put him to sleep just to rehydrate him which is absolutely ridiculous. Then they woke him up at 4:30 am and called him a Lyft home with a prescription for the same medicine he threw up while he was there . I'd say unless you have a gun shot wound, find a different ER to go to.
