I had such a great experience with Dr. Kellee at OG Dental. From the moment she started working with me, she put me completely at ease and took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. I felt genuinely taken care of, not rushed or talked at. She was calm, confident, and thoughtful in her plan to address my dental issue, which made me feel comfortable and trust that I was in really good hands. Unfortunately, I had to get some dental work done. Fortunately, it was here and the staff is fantastic at what they do. Dr. Singh and Miss Erin are absolute rockstars! I came to OG dental after going to a different office who I felt was trying to scam/upsell everything. Turns out my feeling was right! The care team at OG dental were informative and told me I would need a regular cleaning and 2 fillings. My prior experience I had been told they would not clean my teeth that same day, needed to come back to do a a "deep cleaning" that was going to cost $450 and 4 fillings. So it was nice to talk through what I actually needed with OG dental. Never felt like they were going to up charge me or tell me I needed a service that wasn't necessary. I really appreciated that, and feel they are a trustworthy dental office! read more

If you want a boujee dentist office than OG dental is your place. Clean, modern, and offers you self care items to make you comfortable during your procedures. I've seen 2 different dentist there and I much prefer Dr. Glick. The other felt like he was talking down to me and I just didn't love his bedside manner. I will be requesting Dr. Glick for all future appointments! The office staff seems to be ever changing and some have been more helpful/knowledgeable than others. But overall I've had a good experience at OG the last year I've been going. read more

The good: The woman at the front desk was incredibly nice! The bad: I was deeply unimpressed by the deceptive marketing practices. $199 for "new patient special" turns out just to be an "exam and x-rays," which does not include cleaning, which is an additional charge and also has to be booked at a separate appointment. While this policy makes sense, it feels like they use a bit of a bait and switch to get people in the door. Had this been communicated more clearly (including things like, "cleaning not included" on their new patient special ads or "cleaning must be scheduled in a later appointment for additional cost,"), I would have no problems. I feel like when healthcare centers have to use deceptive marketing I also wonder why? If they were honest this would have been very easy! read more

My experience was eye opening with the thoroughness of care. Combined with the high-tech (Star Wars) tools used for diagnosing and creating personal profiles of current conditions of teeth, gums and bone structure, creating a complete picture of present issues. In my case, the diagnosis outlined a preventative course of action and monitoring some "old age" issues over time, measuring any decline. (Plus, they made a very nice mouth guard for me) Bottom line... it's a complete dental facility. Yes, very impressed with OG Dental. read more

In my first ever visit to OG Dental I knew I liked this place & these people. Starting at the front desk they were kind, thoughtful, and incredibly smart. They succeeded in making a dental visit as comfortable and stress free as possible. The team addressed my issues, took time to really examine my entire tooth and gum health, and even revealed some underlying causes of some long term concerns. Wow. This is the best dental office. I have had multiple appointments here and everyone from the person who checks you in to the dentist are very kind and caring. They are really welcoming and want you to be as comfortable as possible. They offer a "comfort menu" with things like blankets, neck warmers and music/entertainment for your appointment. A couple of my appointments were very long and it was nice to be distracted with something to watch on Netflix or hulu. They are very punctual and take you back soon after you arrive. I was having some insurance changes due to my job and they were able to fit me in quickly and were very accommodating. I have seen Dr. Millerand Quinn and Nino and they have all been compassionate and very communicative about what I needed and what they were doing. I will be recommending this office for sure! read more

I was having a killer toothache and literally couldn't take it anymore. I had scheduled a Saturday appointment with another dentist office but the morning of the appointment, I got a text saying the dentist had called in sick! I started searching for an alternative immediately and found OG Dental. They had plenty of recent great reviews and sounded very modern and thoughtful. They weren't open on the weekend so I called as soon as they opened Monday morning and although they couldn't get me in same day, they were able to fit me in on Tuesday. My experience once there was that the office was clean, contemporary, and very friendly. Over the next hour, they took a variety of X-rays using modern technology and the dentist did a variety of tests to come up with a treatment plan. Overall, my experience was very good. One thing that wasn't great though: the dentist never spoke to me to my face until I stood up to leave. As I was laying back in the dental chair, he was looking at X-rays and a monitor behind me and talking to the back of my head to describe the condition of my teeth and what he recommended needed to be done. It seemed weird. read more

The office is amazing! They have a tv above your chair so you can watch Netflix while you get your teeth cleaned and you are put into an individual room as well. The staff, Dental Hygienists and Dentists are patient, kind, understanding, and all a round amazing! read more

I had a temporary crown that fell out before it was my time to get my permanent crown in. so I called them the next day and told them that my temporary filler for my crown fell out. to my amazement they took me in right away. I thought they were gonna put a temporary, but my crown happened to be in so they actually were able to put my crown in early. This dental office is amazing. They do good work very friendly staff. I had my first consultation with OG Dental today and this dental practice is amazing! From the moment you walk in their goal is to make you comfortable and put you at ease. Super friendly and professional doctors and staff; shout outs to Dr. Cavell, Cristal, and Kylie whom I interacted with today. They are reasonably priced and have all the latest equipment. You feel really well educated when you leave and know exactly what's going on with your dental health. They will become my regular dentists starting next week. Wow what a great experience I had at Dr. OGrady's OG dental! Office! From the moment you enter you know you are not in the same old dental office we are used to... the staff and Dr's are super friendly and very calming as I am of the "nervous patient" type. I came in with a bad tooth infected and they treated the problem and I am writing this less than 24 hours after have that tooth removed telling you I feel like nothing was done, virtually zero pain and my swelling is gone! By far the greatest Dental experience in my 54 year journey! I recommend this office to anyone who wants a quality experience and on a last to note they were EXTREMELY fair in the charges! read more

I have serious anxiety surrounding trips to the dentist. I have to mentally prepare myself for pain, being talked into treatments or buying some special toothpaste and just an overall weird experience every time I go or try to find a new dentist. Not this time. I was completely blown away by the care and comfort taken not just by Dr. O'Grady but by everyone from the moment you step in the door. The receptionist gave me a list of comfort items I could chose from for my treatment including a blanket, warm neck pillow, essential oils, netflix, music and more. Before they took xrays and did a quick exam, I was shown a powerpoint about the office and their offerings. It was so thorough and included a list of their core values. My sister had her wisdom teeth removed at OG Dental, and when I came inside to pick her up, I was warmly greeted by the staff & by Dr O'Grady. I was so impressed by their facility and staff that I knew I needed to make the switch to this dental practice. I just had my first cleaning here, and boy was it thorough! They provide you with a menu of options for comfort care during your visit, you don't have to wait long in the lobby (this is RARE), they review all scans and photos of your teeth with you, and Dr. O'Grady was very prompt when dropping in on my cleaning! I'm so happy I made the switch and am looking forward to all my future visits (yes, really!). I'm also looking into their cosmetic options, as well. read more

Dr. O'Grady and Dr. Cavell are awesome! They talk you through all of the procedures they are doing and explain their thought process to you. The office has all of the latest technology and they allow you to see pictures of your teeth so you know that your cavities really are cavities and you're not getting swindled. My only complaint is that the front desk isn't clear ahead of time about which doctor I am seeing for an upcoming appointment and for non-urgent issues I get rescheduled relatively frequently (sometimes resulting in a change in provider). I grew up going consistently to the same dentist and I value that consistency. I have provided that feedback to Dr. O'Grady (who is very open to feedback) and am optimistic that this will improve with the occasional unpreventable sick leave shuffles. read more

This dental office is top notch. They have a menu they give you right when you come in of free extras you can get like a spa. Blanket; heated neck pillow; sunglasses. I have never seen that at a dentists office before. The hygienists and staff were really nice and did a very thorough cleaning. I don't have dental insurance because I'm a student and they have competitive prices and financing and subscription-like options that are nice. They had huge screen in the hygienist's areas you can see your x-rays on and even have a tv mounted to the ceiling you watch while the procedure is happening. Location is extremely close to my new house so I figured I would try. From start to finish the staff were amazing. Easy and clean check in process- the email and text you all the paperwork prior. Comfortable area where patients are seen. TV playing Netflix and amazing extra calming things (chapstick, oil scents, sunglasses, lavender towel.. and those are just a few. Mackenzie was an amazing hygienist answered all of my questions, was informative, professional and fun! Cleaning process was comfortable and the Dentist.. Dr. Grady was amazing. I felt like he very much knew what he was doing, explained things well, and again I felt extremely comfortable and confident that I made the right decision.
