The absolute worst customer service ever! These people do not communicate amongst them and every time I called to request more information, I was given different information. They sure are out to screw people. Yes, I understand I wouldn't be dealing with them had there not been trouble before. BUT, in trying to fix the damage, they turn around and are quick to turn their backs on their customers and just drop them. Knowing what was really happening, I heard them out. They still had the audacity to lie and present excuses that are idiotic. Places like these should be held accountable for misinformation, for neglection, and possible witholding of information.
