I get a email that my order was ready for pickup about 1 hour later which I didn't understand since I just order it for delivery. I went to the store and couldn't believe they were going to give me the one I returned damaged box. I can't believe how bad Best But is and still want to give out damaged item and it is like the third one I got from them and called corporate and reported it. I will have to shop for Lego sets some where else as I'm tired of getting g damaged boxes and for a collector that is an important thing having a mint box. Best Buy you should be ashamed about this. How would you like it if you bought the item and was damaged and you returned it and ordered another one for shipping and an hour later get email your order is ready and you go to the store and they are giving you the damaged one you took? Your business has gone down hill. Also why have like 10 employees working and you got like 5 of them standing together talking and laughing and not working, stealing company time for talking with your friends and getting paid. Also you go in the morning and always have just 1 person at the register, maybe instead of them talking to each other in a huddle, we can have more employees at the register. And I say this for a few reasons. The first one is about as obvious as it is pragmatic. And that is to say...it's only about 5 minutes away from my house. Why drive the length of time that it would take to watch half an episode of South Park when there's a Best Buy practically in my backyard? The second reason I prefer this one is that they seem to have a more vast selection of items, despite their store space being technically smaller. I dunno what it is. But I never really seem to have much difficulty finding the tech that I require from a place like this. Must be the online ordering. Oh! That leads me to my third reason I love this place so. Their contactless curbside delivery is beyond compare. Simply download the app, drive to the store, check in, and they have your order out to you faster than you can download the latest Chrome update. But maybe I'm getting just a little too geektastic for ya over here. Anywho, the app is totally worth the very mild (at worst) hassle it takes to login and navigate. I figure it only makes sense, since most people are like me and probably do a majority of their shopping online now-a-days anyway. It's the next best thing if you can't wait days and days for that Amazon order to arrive. I....I dunno how to justifiably end this review. Delivery got here at 2 I was charged full price and I just opened the box to the headboard and its the wrong color! Horrible experience horrible customer service. I'm in the process of getting a new dining room set & living room set I would've gone back but I'm definitely staying far away. A good business would've at least delivered for free after they messed up. Instead I got ripped off and the wrong product. If you're looking for used washers/dryers, this is THE place in El Paso. I bought a pair of washers and dryers and the prices were very reasonable. The machines were also in amazing shape. They were clean and in great working order. I think they may be the most clean I've ever seen for used appliances. I didn't even see a scratch in most of the ones I was looking at. They deliver to your house as well, and it was within a few days. I bought the pair on a Saturday, and they delivered on a Monday. (Because they don't work on Sundays, which I support) I've had one minor problem when they delivered the washer. It was making a strange noise, and I only discovered it after the delivery was made. I called them back to investigate the issue, and they promptly came back to my house and investigated the washer on the spot, then took it away. They told me they were very sorry and that this was unusual. After a few days, they delivered the washer back to me and sat there to test it fully to ensure no other issues would happen. Since then I've been using my washer and dryers for more than a year, and I'm happy to report they work fine. I've had no problems with them. Go support this honest local business!
